“I had a insurance claim for my phone and it needed a new screen. The young man that waited on me was very nice. He did all he could to keep his promises to all the customer that can into the store during the time I was there. He was very patient and took his time with each and every customer that walked in at door it made them feel comfortable that he would fix their problem. Sahjai Allison provides outstanding service when I was in the store on August 30th and 31. I hope this young man will owe his own store some day. We need more people like him. “Absolute life saver!!! Over 4000 miles from home, here for a wedding and my phone ends up in the pool. Black screen of death! Dropped it off before the rehearsal and it was ready same day! and we picked it up after rehearsal. Ozzy was absolutely brill. Explained the possible issues and was very reassuring in saying he could fix it. Ready within less than an hour but we picked it up a little later. Fixed! And so happy. Really easy drop-off.
