“I'm not a professional. That being said.. I have zero idea on paints, or amounts I needed for painting. I went to 2 other places, they were not helpful I told me what I wanted to do wasn't possible. (Although Ive seen many people online complete the same project with great success)The gentleman here at this store today ( Oct 21,2023) was a huge help!! He knew the products, was super professional and made sure I didn't feel like a dumba$$ when asking him questions. The professional painters there were here. (Gentleman from Global painting) ..waiting on me to stop asking questions were very Patient with me as well... Will never visit a big box store again for paint products again.”

“If you ever need to paint something, it makes more sense to me to go to the folks who know all about paint materials, supplies and the correct type of paint needed for that specific project. There is no other place I would recommend if you chose to paint outside the lines (see what I did there?) and go anywhere other than Sherwin-Williams Paint Store, especially this particular one. When I walked in the door, Nicole greeted my mother and I with a smile and a lovely greeting which made the visit even better because it's those little things that leave a large impression on the way I spend my time, energy and money. Nicole made me feel welcomed and like she was interested in my business. I told her about an old wooden table I had used in my classroom and now school office spaces that someone had painted orange a long time ago. The table is highly functional and I didn't care about the color because it was in excellent condition and it was cheap. But now, that old orange paint leaves pieces of itself every time I move the table to another school, school district, classroom or storage unit and today I have had enough...Well, at least the other day on day I visited Sherwin-Williams. Nicole asked me what I was doing and made a couple of recommendations and suggestions. She knew exactly what I would need in order to get the best out of the project. She went out to get the color I wanted and when it was time to ring my purchase, she realized I did not have an account. She quickly entered my information and BINGO!!!! I was eligible for a discount. Yay! I was very happy with my visit in this store and I will gladly return soon. Thank you!!!”

“After a very unsavory experience with the paint department at Home Depot, I decided to come here to get paint I needed for an upcoming job out of state. As a muralist, I need a lot of different colors (in this case, 30+) in smaller quantities to provide the desired depth and detail for my clients. Everyone at Spectrum Paint was so helpful and friendly! From the moment I called and spoke to Seth to when Angie rang me up for my supplies, they were all BEYOND exceptional. Thank you so, so much! “These guys and gals are awesome. They are so chill and so good at what they do. This particular store is really like the poster child for why small stores are so much better than the corporate giants. I mean, Ace is pretty big but at least I think they're all owned locally. They don't have it all and they'll tell you that and make recommendations to get stuff elsewhere. Of course they can be quite expensive for certain things but in general they are pretty competitive considering. Also- that one star review below is completely bogus- there's no way that happened in that store.”
