“This U-Haul location was awesome. I just needed to rent a truck for a day to haul some old carpeting to the landfill. I was more than pleased! I will never ever go to Home Depot to rent a truck ever again!
The U-Haul location was right by my house, I was able to make the reservation online. But I did notice they helped another lady get set up who didn't have the reservation.
My dad and I had just tried to rent a truck at Home Depot, but apparently they're fancy TSA run system was too complicated for us to figure out even though I'm like 32 years old and work with technology. Regardless, this U-Haul place is wonderful. The truck was nice and easy to get in and out of the lot. And I just appreciated the service.”

Me and my partner reserved a 26 ft rental at the pooler Home Depot, turns out once we arrived there the home depot decided to give our RESERVED rental to another customer. As you can imagine by this point we are quite aggravated, i call Penske in pooler, Adrian picks up, i explain the situation and without hesitation gives his apologies on behalf of Penske and immediately begins resolving the issue. Extremely kind and soothing to speak with. Im not sure where the communication dismantles between Home Depot & Penske but without Adrians help, im honestly not sure if we could have moved in the time frame that we had.
