“It's nice location, friendly people, quite. The only thing is it said 24/7 access then after I pay and get my storage I'm told it's 7-7 because it's the inside unit. That's not cool hell I don't even get off of work until 8-9 at night and gone to work before 7 so that screwed me real nicely. I am trying to get a larger storage out there on the outside so I can get in my storage whenever need be. 24/7”

“Stop allowing a customer to reserve a truck guaranteeing the reservation only to call me the day of my reservation to tell me that there isn’t a truck available.. also I was never given the $50 that is promised if your reservation is not honored I’m spending $500 a week and for the last three weeks I’ve been getting called the day of my reservation to tell me that my reservation cannot be honored. I will leave from one location on Abercorn Street and have to drive all the way to the other location on Ogeechee Road with no compensation, I’m self-employed, and sometimes I just don’t have time to stick around and argue with staff”

“I had a much better experience than the rest here. I rented a truck twice within 2 weeks at this site. No problems with the reservation or service. In fact, I have to give a big praise to the workers there after my last return. It wasn't until 3 days after my return that I realize that I had left some valuable electronic items in a bag on the truck, along with my wallet. Although I'm curious why they didn't call me, considering my name was on everything, I was very relieved that when I went back, everything was returned to me. Faith in humanity restored. Nice work!”

“There may be some issues like cracked pavement and some oil but the people who work here have always treated me with kindness. When my girlfriend had a tire fail and pulled in, the man working there made sure we both were alright, had food/water, and would be okay until we could have Zip (I have another review of him) come out. I’ve seen some people say the prices aren’t great/it’s not special but I think it’s still a nice place to stop.”

“Great service and a great car. Corolla Cross. It would be helpful if the attendant had given me a few pointers on the car though. I thought it was stalling at traffic lights all the time but apparently it has a 'shut off' built in to it when you hold the brake. It starts right back up when you release the brake. Duh, didn't know they made cars to do that. It's not all that helpful anyway, esp. in warm weather. It kicks on automatically to keep the AC working efficiently after about 30 seconds or so.”

It was this place and it's wonderful staff that turned that day around! They where able to find me what I needed and even when the computer system went down, their positive demeanor never stopped.
