All was well with this place until they told my brother they were going to report the van stolen. Are you serious Uhaul? He specifically told them 2 weeks to start and it may be longer. We'll they got this order for x amount of vans and then all of a sudden they were going to report the van STOLEN! On top of that it was never promised to take it back to that particular Uhaul dealer. But they also started there would be a charge if not returned there in Pooler,Georgia. I do appreciate the experience with my brother. I don't know names but yeah you do Uhaul. Friendly, nice and courteous guy that works there. Yeah the lady was alright, for a Dean at college. Bless yall!

Service sucks here the guy who was tending the counter, mocked my parking and then refuses to give me a 5 x 8 trailer due to my set up with using a quarter inch male receiver to 2 inch receiver. Overall, not a good experience from having renting trailers from U-Haul before I don’t recommend renting from here.

The employees were beyond helpful and caring. They helped us and showed us how to use the equipment. We were stranded from out of town and had had several bad experiences trying to rent a tow dolly earlier in the day. They made the whole process go by smoothly and quickly. I'd absolutely recommend this location to anyone in the area. They made our bad day turn around!

My truck was clean and ready when I arrived. Attendants were busy, but extremely friendly to everyone. When about to leave, was asked if I had any questions.. was patted on the back and told 'to be safe'. Friendly Staff, truck was perfect and without issue. Recommend anyone to this location.
