This U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer provides an excellent and smooth rental experience with friendly, courteous, and hard-working staff. The employees are beyond helpful, caring, and professional, often making a difficult day turn around. They are flexible and work quickly to get customers set up. Trucks are clean, perfect, and ready without issue. The location is highly recommended for its lovely people and excellent service from beginning to end, creating many repeating customers. However, there was an instance where a van rental extension led to a serious threat of reporting the vehicle stolen, and there was confusion over return location charges.
