“Strictly by appointment. So try to get an appointment i went there 2/12/25. I was there 5 hours early on my appoinment. Once i got the dock they loaded me a pallet of sack, and they were done in less than an hour. Make sure when go in and out of their gate you make a wide turn its a little tight. Good luck!”

“Pete and Ricky in the SAV terminal and Vinny and Jeff in the POM terminal are excellent to work with. I do NOT have a commercial account and as such, needed to ship my broken Suzuki DF150 Outboard Motor Lower Unit to Pompano Beach, FL to Outboard Wizards, LLC for replacement. Pete asked me to drive to the SAV terminal to drop off my Lower Unit, Ricky helped me get it out of my car, put it on a pallet, shipped it to the POM terminal and then onto Outboard Wizards, LLC to get it replaced. Then in the POM terminal, Vinny and Jeff worked with Outboard Wizards, LLC to get my replacement Lower Unit put on another pallet and shipped back up to the SAV terminal so that I could drive to the SAV terminal and pick it up. Not being in the Freight industry, the exceptional help of all of the folks at ODFL is very much appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend ODFL for other folks.”

“I must say drivers...y'all had me nervous about this pickup. Guess I got lucky on a Sunday morning. I had a 7-10 a.m. pickup window. No problems with Google directions, slept on the street, no hassles, checked in at 7a.m. when they opened for pickups. I had pickup #6800...worked fine. My raggy trailer was loaded, easy docking, and I was out of there by 8:30a.m. Everyone was super polite from the gate, yard workers and shipping. I mentioned to shipping that I was worried about weight. They said no problem and loaded less, 43,000lbs. Overall great experience! Thanks Imperial team!??”
“To whom it may concern, Please ensure you publicly acknowledge and increase their pay for your employees Brooke and Gabe at FedEx Office | Store #2049 | 5 W Broughton Street, Ste B, Savannah, GA 31401-3366 | I ran into a situation where the I created an online order, was to have it locally delivered, but the third party you use to deliver local deliveries lied twice to your employees regarding drop off. Needless to say I would rather highlight how Brooke and Gabe both took the time to keep communication lines open and offered a solution to an otherwise unpleasant order fulfillment. This type of "true" customer service is rate now a days and should be commended as this is the only reason why customers will stay with companies are because of people like this who represent your brand! Thank you to Brooke and Gabe! You are much appreciated!!!”
“During move-in this year (9/8/22) our daughter had a package delivered by FedEx that afternoon. We were expecting a few day delay for it to be available for pickup. The mail crew at SCAD was amazing and the package was available the next morning. The mail room was packed with packages and the crew was very efficient in producing the items for the students.”

“This store is in a convenient location, near Publix in Blue Moon Xing, Pooler, GA. They provided an Amazon (UPS) drop-off package receipt. When I've dropped off USPS trackable packages, they scan and give a receipt, too. This is our preferred store.”
“I had a smart phone to mail and the clerk that was working today noticed the shipping label was USPS not UPS. She totally took care of me anyway with label sleeve, box, bubble wrap put it all together for me including the battery hazard sticker. Taped the box up and told me where the closest post office was.

“4/14/2026, As you can see i have been there several times! Please recognize the Staff. Kinetic, Anise, Mary. There has also times I've been there when a wonderful man was there to help. I've also tried placing more reviews, but some how I could not get them posted. They are so quick, knowledgeable, help, kind ...just awesome! I was there once and actually met the Owner. I told her about that awesome staff. I will drive that 20 minutes just to do business with them. It's a very busy store. They work Like a well oiled machine! Thank you ALL SO MUCH FOR ALL THE ABOVE AND BEYOND HELP YOU HAVE PROVIDED ME OVER THE YEARS!

ON 11/14/2024 I HAD TO RETURN. AGAIN, THEY WERE SO AWESOME! I RECOMMEND THE UPS PORT WENTWORTH TO EVERYONE, They were just awesome! Sorry, i didn't get the ladies names. But it was 11:10 am on 12/29/23. Great customer service...it included smiles and very efficient service. They also helped customers so nicely that needed technical help! A job well done ladies.
