Mailbox Cafe is an awesome place with great atmosphere and friendly staff. The staff go above and beyond to ensure package receiving and shipping needs. They call when a time sensitive package arrived and picked up the package. People charge phone and grab soda. The owner spent an hour overtime helping print and ship art piece. Employees are truly knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Mail handling is simple and the staff are open and welcomed. The place has PO Box for all receiving needs and great local business. Great service, great folks, and good genuine people are a local small business headquarters for handling mail.

I was nervous trying to figure out how to pack and ship a pretty big and unusual object but Mailbox Cafe was awesome taking it off my hands! Kristen helped me and she was so sweet and professional. I feel so much better and I’m so happy with how quick and painless my visit was :)
