“I can't say enough about Tim's towing and recovery, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I like in NC and my truck broke down in Bloomingdale, GA. I pulled into the very next exit at Quick Trip gas station and store. I called 2 towing companies and they could not tow ne. I had a tahoe and was pulling a trailer, well the last company referred Tim's towing and recovery. I spoke to dispatcher. She said it would be 1 &1/2 hours bf they could come. She sent invoice. I paid it. Well how about they were there in 30 minutes. Jim works in dispatch in the office. He came from out of office to come and tow us. Talk about customer service. He was knowledgeable, very professional, and very socialable.. He gave us a little history lesson on the way to Chevy dealer about the town. He showed us hotels and different food places around in case we had to stay over night. Also their prices are the same if you need them after hours as day time hours. AlI I have to say is if you need a tow definitely use Tim's towing and recovery in savanna GA. THEY ARE THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD TO USE. This is my second time having to use a tow company. I hope I never need a tow again, but if I need one in this area. This is who I'm using. Thank you Jim and Tim's towing and recovery.”

“While travelling from Canada to Savannah I realized that I had no travel trailer brakes so I dropped by R&K for some help.
Richard the owner approached me asked what was going on and I explained about the brakes. He assured me Alex his mechanic would look at it as soon as he was back from lunch. It must have been a loose connection and I was on my way.
I know the shop was busy and the office manager was so nice as well.
What a great experience, if I lived nearby this would be my go to place.

He had my order changed for me as it was scheduled for Ogeechee Rd pick up by the online scheduling and he changed it to a pick up at his store in Rincon, which is what i had requested. “We were stranded on I95 at dusk with no lights it was very dangerous, called Sammi and she had her flat bed she communicated the whole time with us on his eta. Donald got there and he was quick and efficient, he dropped us at our hotel and even left us his jumper cables so we could replace our alternator and get the car jumper the next day! She quoted me a price and it was the price she said! I highly recommend this compamy! Thanks Sammi and Donald!”
“On February 7th, I was on my way from work when a doe ran out infront of me, it was so quick that I didn't even see her coming. Since moving here, we've been really hesitant on brining our vehicles anywhere. The insurance company had picked a body shop for us to take my car to but they wouldn't be able to get to it until May and had to have the car towed to our house as they couldn't hold it on their property as they had no room(this was majority of shops in the Savannah area). A Co-worker of mine, Sarah had referred me to Burnsed Body Shop in Pembroke. They were able to get my car towed to their location the next day and started working on it the following week. They did an OUTSTANDING job with the repair and always kept us in the loop while they were doing the repair. They would've been able to get it done sooner however, they were waiting on one part. Within' 3 weeks of them having the car at their shop it was already in paint with all OEM parts. I'm soooo happy with the results and I'm so happy to have my car back. Thank you to the Burnsed crew for taking pride in your work and treating the car as if it was your own.”
