“Great friendly guy saw us on the side of I95 and he stop immediately and helped us get out from this ditch, this man got us back to safety and made sure that we were all ok. This man was such a blessing that I’d use this company only anytime I would need them if I was stranded on the side of any road. These days you don’t always come across good people that just want to see you safe out of harms way in these times. If I was franks supervisor or district manager I’d make shore I keep a person like him on my staff and he should be highly compensated for anything he does. I’m so overwhelmed right now with my spirits up lifted just off of what he did today makes me want to continue the love he showed towards someone who could use my help like he helped us out on the side of the road. Again frank thank you for all you do out here and if anyone hasn’t told you yet you’re more than amazing. Thank you.”

“Had Mike as a driver and man let me tell you he took a shitty situation and turned it into a breeze. Showed up when mentioned (couple min early if I might add ) and got right to it. Secured down the truck and off we went. Keep in mind we had 200+ miles to go . Did it with ease and kindness. “I had to get them to tow a boat and trailer after a wheel bearing went out. They arrived fast even though it was late. Other tow companies were going to make me wait to schedule them. The driver Travis was as nice as he could be and was able to get it loaded with no more damage to the boat or trailer. I definitely would go with them again.”

“He came, he saved the day and we were able to get to Wal-Mart to purchase new tires. It was 4 am in the morning and we sitting on the side of the highway with a busted tire. He fixed the tire, not once but twice and made sure we were able to get to a tire shop to replace the spare tire he placed on the car. I would recommend him 10 out of 10!! What a blessing he is! (The type of tire we had wasn’t the typical tire anyone would carry)”

“We were stranded on I95 at dusk with no lights it was very dangerous, called Sammi and she had her flat bed she communicated the whole time with us on his eta. Donald got there and he was quick and efficient, he dropped us at our hotel and even left us his jumper cables so we could replace our alternator and get the car jumper the next day! She quoted me a price and it was the price she said! I highly recommend this compamy! Thanks Sammi and Donald!”

“My take on Panic Recovery

After having my vehicle towed, I didn’t realize that where I parked was a paid lot (I’ve been parking there for over 3 years, with no issues). We parked Friday evening, and went to hang out in downtown Savannah for a few. When we got back, my vehicle was gone and that’s when I noticed the signs lol. Then we called the police to find out who does the towing, it was Panic Recovery.

Now I’m gonna say this, google reviews for this place is horrible. People complaining about missing items, damage to vehicles, rude customer service, etc.

My experience was the total opposite. I dealt with Paul, and he was extremely courteous and professional. They didn’t rip me off on the amount and even explained to me what happened and why the call was placed.

I realize that this was all my doing for being ignorant on not paying attention to my surroundings and taking for granted all the previous times of parking at the lot without being towed.

My carelessness in not paying for parking ended up costing me over $300 (including my uber fee to get home)

Panic Recovery really does not deserve the hate that they have. Sometimes people are just caught up in their emotions and don’t realize that the energy you give off can also come back towards you.”

“On February 7th, I was on my way from work when a doe ran out infront of me, it was so quick that I didn't even see her coming. Since moving here, we've been really hesitant on brining our vehicles anywhere. The insurance company had picked a body shop for us to take my car to but they wouldn't be able to get to it until May and had to have the car towed to our house as they couldn't hold it on their property as they had no room(this was majority of shops in the Savannah area). A Co-worker of mine, Sarah had referred me to Burnsed Body Shop in Pembroke. They were able to get my car towed to their location the next day and started working on it the following week. They did an OUTSTANDING job with the repair and always kept us in the loop while they were doing the repair. They would've been able to get it done sooner however, they were waiting on one part. Within' 3 weeks of them having the car at their shop it was already in paint with all OEM parts. I'm soooo happy with the results and I'm so happy to have my car back. Thank you to the Burnsed crew for taking pride in your work and treating the car as if it was your own.”
