“I brought my car here for the first time to request an oil change, transmission service and coolant service. They were completely honest letting me know that the coolant did not need service yet, the transmission was sealed so they couldn't service it. They completed the oil change and identified a recall on my brakes. I am super grateful for an honest shop and I am happily back for an oil change with my husbamds car today. We definitely found our new shop.”

“Easily one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had! I showed up right at opening, and the staff was welcoming, ready to help, and offered me a water right away. They were fast, efficient, and super informative without being pushy. They gave great recommendations for future maintenance so I knew exactly what to expect down the road. Excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be back!”

“Customer Service AT ITS BEST!!! Ask for Brian or Shawn (nicest southern gentlemen), who's honest, welcoming and has the greatest integrity and Arianna - super nice, knowledgeable and knows her stuff! Both so efficient, and valued my time, in and out in less than 30 minutes! My new favorite place for Pearl's oil change ?.”

“I’ve been coming to this shop for many years with many different vehicles - it has changed staff, management and maybe even owners a few times but it doesn’t matter as the experience and service is always exceptional. I had Jackson at my last visit and he took excellent care of me (and my vehicle!). I highly recommend!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the outstanding customer service I received. I initially brought my vehicle in because it needed a thermostat. A few weeks later the car was running rich and having engine issues. Not only did they correctly diagnose and repair the problem, but they went above and beyond in ways that are rare these days. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed every step of the way and took the time to explain everything clearly. They discovered that the vehicle's computer system needed to be reset and completed that service at no additional charge because it hadn't been discussed initially. They also found that fuel had leaked into the oil and generously performed an oil change for me free of charge. What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. At no point did I feel pressured or like they were trying to upsell unnecessary repairs or inflate the bill. Instead, I was treated with respect, courtesy, and genuine care. Good, honest businesses like this are hard to find, and when you find one, you stay loyal. I've trusted them for routine oil changes in the past, and after this experience, they've earned my business for years to come. If you're looking for knowledgeable, honest, and customer-focused mechanics, give Joe a go! I highly recommend this shop. Joe and Evan thank you both for your exceptional service!”

“Bob was a blessing to me. He is very informative and his personality is top tier. I went in for emissions testing but they did not have an inspector there. I asked him about an oil change for my 2018 Range Rover Velar. They had all of the parts to do the oil change but I changed my mind as I am planning on selling the vehicle immediately. But checked my oil to make sure I was still safe. Every worker I encountered was very nice and greeted me.”

“This place is amazing. They are so fast so respectful and so kind and also I got a full synthetic oil change for $80. All these other places are charging me 120+.!! I have my infant daughter with me in the backseat and they brought out two very cold water so I can give her some to stay cool while I was holding a fan on her. Even if they hadn’t done that, she would’ve been just fine because of how fast and efficient they are. The speed of service does not compromise the quality of Service in the Slightest way whatsoever! They have definitely gained a customer for life and I will be sharing with my family and friends”

“Today I received Exceptional Customer Service from Malcolm. I was stressed with bringing the car in to get the breaks & rotors done. I had some other car issues, and Malcolm assured me everything would get fixed today. He made me feel comfortable, and at ease, afterwards I was able to relax while he fixed the repairs needed on the car. I appreciate his professionalism, patience, and assurance I would be able to drive the car today for work tomorrow. He did an Amazing Job!! I'm very happy with his service. The Manager was very helpful as well, and the price she gave was fair and reasonable for the repairs. I have been coming here for 3 Years and have never been disappointed with getting my car serviced here. I highly recommend you bring your vehicle to the Grease Monkey at whitlock for any vehicle service needed. I would give 10 stars if I could! A+++++. The best thing about them is they let you know what is wrong or what needs service, and let you decide there's never any pressure. I appreciate the honesty every time I go here. They also give you a print out of service recommendations for your vehicle so you are aware of what needs to be done in the future. Keep up the Great service the mechanics work Very Hard. Grease Monkey give them a Raise they Deserve it!! ??”

“My car guy Creed always gets me in the right vehicle!! I traded my Kia Sorento in for a full equipped 2024 Ford Edge and I'm seriously in love! I've never had a new car before and I chose the right dealership hands down!! I was upside down with the negative equity in the Kia and Creed reassured me that he'd get me in something nice and dependable and that he did! I didn't have to put much money down plus they have great discounts right now, the overall experience was AMAZING!! If you're looking a great new or used car with a killer discount definitely check this place out and make sure you ask for Creed! He's the perfect guy for the job! Thank you Creed you're definitely my go to guy!”
