“I don't remember the names of the crew members, however they took great care my vehicle. I came in with bad alternator that left me stranded in the middle of road due to battery failure. When I got here they ordered my part soon after and got started on my vehicle. When they finished they gave me a old shop battery to get home on until I get my battery on warranty. Before I could get home the batteries light came on so I immediately called to tell them. They simply told me it might be the size difference in the alternator and to come back tomorrow. I was able to get my alternator changed at a reasonable price and I'm very happy with the service that they give.As an update to my car I have some more issues in which I took it to them and what was one thing was thought to be another they gave me the best estimate that they could and was very reasonable and what they were charging which made my day and made me happy. To the point of where I had to give out hugs. It's that serious!!! And I don't hug everybody, this company is a good company. This one in Marietta and the one on Austell Road are the people you need to go to when your car needs to be fixed.”

“My 2019 BMW X3 barely started yesterday when I was headed out to lunch and needed my car for an appointment in the evening. Time for a new battery! Of course, in a BMW, a battery replacement is not just an easy swap out, they have to be coded to the car, so I couldn't just run by an Auto Zone. I found Malones on Google and they were able to get me in within an hour of my call. My car was ready shortly thereafter.When I left the shop, I did notice a rattle that was coming from the back and wound up going right back. Adam wound up jumping in the car with me to hear what was happening. He quickly discovered that one of the tie downs wasn't clicked into track and solved the problem!These guys were very friendly, fast, and honest workers. Good to know they are my neighbors as well, now that I'm out of warranty!”

“I’ve used this shop since it was Eddies Automotive in Sandy Springs. You could always trust Eddie to do only what was necessary. Took my 2005 CTS in for some 100k service. Pricing was reasonable and the work was done efficiently. As part of service I asked about rear end fluid. Recommended that it not be done. Eddie would be proud.”

“I took my Tesla Model 3 here to have 4 tires installed (I bought the tires online from another retailer) and had a wonderful experience. This place was familiar with Teslas and also aftermarket wheel covers on Teslas; they didn’t damage the wheel covers during removal or reinstallation. My appointment was for 8am and I was out of there by 9am. They were very respectful of my time and kept me updated with the progress. “This was my first time visiting a different shop due to the price of my old place just simply becoming outrageous. I was a bit hesitant at first because I never go anywhere else when it comes to getting my oil change. However, upon arriving at this location, and during my oil change Marcos and Jacob greeted me with the best customer service there is. “Despite the mediocre reviews, I found this jiffy lube to be hospitable, reliable, and informative. The Other branch off delk messed up my brake pad install by putting the pads on the wrong side. Left brake pad went to the right. So I avoided that branch. However, this one as I've mentioned is a breeze! I'll keep coming here because of the consistent service and friendliness.”
