“This place is amazing. They are so fast so respectful and so kind and also I got a full synthetic oil change for $80. All these other places are charging me 120+.!! I have my infant daughter with me in the backseat and they brought out two very cold water so I can give her some to stay cool while I was holding a fan on her. Even if they hadn’t done that, she would’ve been just fine because of how fast and efficient they are. The speed of service does not compromise the quality of Service in the Slightest way whatsoever!
They have definitely gained a customer for life and I will be sharing with my family

“Today I received Exceptional Customer Service from Malcolm. I was stressed with bringing the car in to get the breaks & rotors done. I had some other car issues, and Malcolm assured me everything would get fixed today. He made me feel comfortable, and at ease, afterwards I was able to relax while he fixed the repairs needed on the car. The best thing about them is they let you know what is wrong or what needs service, and let you decide there's never any pressure. I appreciate the honesty every time I go here. They also give you a print out of service recommendations for your vehicle so you are aware of what needs to be done in the future. Keep up the Great service the mechanics work Very Hard. Grease Monkey give them a Raise they Deserve it!! ??”

I stopped at the Whitlick road location (just because my breaks were making noise and it was rifht there) and had major issues which are detailed on their listing. I called the Austell to get the district manager info and Brendan totally took care of everything. Ordered my parts and had me going....SAFELY.....in no time.”

“Great location because you can go shop at Queen of Hearts while you wait for your oil change and eat at American Deli. It’s my favorite maintenance tradition lol but what really makes this place special are the workers. They are always so so kind! I’ve been using this location for a few years now for mine and my husband’s vehicles. Brendon is so sweet and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and taken care of because I had my baby in tow while I got my car serviced. It is so nice to have a go-to for regular car maintenance with people you can trust!”
