“I put on a surprise birthday party for my wife and it was amazing. Located near the Marietta Square, the venue is spacious and quaint. We had about 60 people but the event space can hold up to around 200. I’m not an event planner but Debra, the event coordinator there, was super helpful with planning a magical evening for our family and friends. She helped us out with the floor plan and catering suggestions. They have a full kitchen in the back if needed. They also have a bar where you can serve alcohol as long as you have a licensed bartender. If you don’t have one, they can help find you one for reasonable fee. March Madness was going on and they had TVs that you could cast to watch the games. The sound system was pretty nice and easy to hook up to via Bluetooth. You’re also allowed to bring games if you have kids at your event. We brought board games and a cornhole set. It was a very memorable night. I highly recommend this place.”

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, and every detail was handled with such care and professionalism. They truly brought my vision to life from the beautiful flowers to every thoughtfully arranged detail. Everything came together even better than I imagined. A special thank you to McKenna, our day-of coordinator, who was absolutely amazing. Anytime I had a question or needed reassurance, she was attentive, responsive, and incredibly helpful on the big day. On the day of my wedding, I was able to fully relax and enjoy every moment without any stress, which is something every bride hopes for. My family and guests couldn’t stop praising how beautiful everything was and how smoothly the day went. I am so grateful to the entire Cotton Gin team for making our wedding day so memorable and enjoyable. “We hosted a baby shower for our cousin at LPA Studios and had an amazing experience from start to finish. To start, the space is EXTREMELY clean, welcoming and perfect for a wide array of events. The owner, Shenique, was such a pleasure to work with. She quickly let me know what options were available and worked with me to ensure the decor options were clearly outlined, while simultaneously helping me brainstorm decor to execute on, as well. She went ABOVE and BEYOND in every way, truly helping bring our vision to life with her generosity. On the day of the event, she was at the venue with a smiling face upon our arrival and stayed until we felt comfortable before the event's start time. The closeout process was smooth and not a heavy lift whatsoever, as we restored the venue to it's original state. Thanks again LPA studios for phenomenal service and an even more phenomenal space. “Rooms: They are truly one of a kind each has it different theme. Even have a separate apartment with fenced yard for us Furmoms!Safety: To be in Marietta downtown it wasn’t loud, busy, or unsafe.Food & drinks: They offer home cooked breakfast and it’s perfect!Noteworthy details: This place is beautiful. My fiancé and I stayed here while I played in a softball tournament and I was amazed. We had our own apartment and fenced in area for my 2 fur babies. What I found noteworthy is that it’s also a wedding venue and you can rent the entire Bed and Breakfast out for your wedding!”

“Amazing Experience and a Perfect Venue for small intimate weddings and events. Danielle is absolutely awesome, well organized and exceeded our expectations for our elopement ceremony. She was patient, thorough and made our special day even more special. Everything was so beautiful and very cost efficient. We did not have to do much at all. We provided our specifics and Danielle turned everything into a beautiful and unforgettable moment, ceremony and day for us. The location and parking were great and easily accessible. We have busy lives and didn’t have much time to plan but Danielle got us together and it was worry free for us. 1000/10 would most definitely recommend.”

Booking the date was easy, and they were helpful and professional in preparation for the event. I would absolutely suggest this venue if you are looking for a space to host an event in Marietta.”
“In my experience it is impossible to get a hold of the shop by phone. We were coming to paddleboard but there was only one working board. So we decided after the water disclaimer (do not expose yourself to reservoir water for long periods) to change to a paddle boat. The employees were helpful, refunded me the board, and we had the best time on the boat. Will definitely be back. Posted info for others.”
“My sister's wedding was held here. It was great. Don't get me lying in the atmosphere but it was wedding ready. The inside even more so. We had a wonderful time the venue owners worked very hard and we're very kind and accommodating!! And Because it's kind of tucked away it felt very quiet discreet and exclusive to the married couple and their loved ones. I would definitely recommend!!!!”

It was my 1st time there for a 70's partyCould have better signage directing you the the back of the strip mall. Very good lighting and plenty of parking felt safe. Should have separate restrooms for men /ladies and at least 2 stalls in each one to accommodate handicapped persons with railings.”

Lots of parking, superior customer service, easy contract to understand, spacious, owner is approachable and easy going, great atmosphere for DJ set-up, bartending set-up and food set-up. Customer service is important to me and Ms. Elaine went above and beyond to provide it. You will not be disappointed renting her facility.”
“Pricing to me, is too high. $11.99 on Sunday evenings and I own all my equipment, would cost more if I didn't have my own bowling shoes... Bowling lanes are nice, scoring equipment is up to par but not the newest bowling tech out these days. Good food and drinking area. Staff is nice and professional. Pro shop has knowledge related equipment. Still one of my favorite places to bowl because of the nice lanes...”

“Sep. 25-28th... Most of the reviews must be for another location or something. My room was clean, well stocked, the staff was absolutely amazing (friendly, helpful, and going above and beyond).
They didnt have a room for me the first night and so they checked at other properties in their network nearby (holiday inn express) and they booked a reservation for me there. My key were ready when I arrived and the even matched the rate there that I would have been paying at candlewood. I really think some people just like to complain, but a one star because a guest was smoking in a non designated area is wild.
Being there for a training class and being able to print at my discretion was a blessing. The kitchen made it so I saved hundreds of dollars not eating out. Walmart and QT are 3 minutes away. I didn't experience any loud/lowly guests and smokers were always in the designated area.”
