“The employees here are always friendly and helpful. I have had my unit for a few years, no problems. I have rented two units over the phone, therefore I am unsure what a previous reviewer is mentioning, that is not my experience with them. I have lost my key multiple times, they quickly get a locksmith out so I can get a new lock. They are very gracious to late rent. Yes, a late fee but you know your unit is safely there and not being taken away. If there is any confusion, they are always happy to assist me.”
