“I went yesterday, and the aisles were clean and clear from anything blocking the walkway for the most part. The shelves were really organized and looked fully stocked, especially the aisle in the back with the containers and lids. I started to take a Pic because it was just pretty. The outside looked a little sketchy, but I didn't want to stop again, so I still went inside, and I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was nice and professional.”
“I went to Dollar tree December 8th of 2025 needing a gift for someone who is like a father figure. The employee Vernitia was extremely helpful. She gave me an excellent gift idea, left her register to help me find the item, and did it all with a smile. Excellent customer service I will definitely be back.”
“Michael Michael Michael he was an awesome human being is why I had to write his name 3 times. I went in to get a couple of things for my grandson which a couple of things turned into needing a buggy. I wasn’t going to grab one I was going to make it work. Lol. Michael stopped what he was doing and asked me did I need a buggy I said no but he knew I wasn’t done shopping and proceeded to grab a buggy. He & I had a deep conversation which sparked a flame that had once died in me regarding humanity about showing compassion & love for your brothers/sisters. The irony of this is the very next day my pastor preached on loving, being kind, helping your family not the ones you grew up with but everyone bc we are all sisters and brothers in our Fathers eye. Thank You Michael keep being the kind soul you are and spreading the word brother!”

I left a bag of purchased goods at the register at 4:48 pm I’m already on the other side of town when I realized it.

“I would give it 5 stars but there's always 1,000 people in line and ONE cashier however, this location stays stocked with all the tiktok finds and organization home essentials that are very useful to become clutter free. The store MGR is cool and so are the staff. The key is: take your time and look around and you'll find what you need and more! ?”
“Great little store. Been here for years it's located in my hometown. Anytime and every time me and my two children come to load money onto our cashapp card the little old lady with the grey bob makes sure to make us feel like a huge unconvinced and ultimately always end up leaving feeling disgusted by her behavior during the transaction which I have to guide her thru.... I wish this was not a issue. Very rude to make someone feel this way. Thanks dollar general.”

“I love this family dollar the men are so kind considerate helpful very soft-spoken they are not rude they have excellent customer service. Now don’t give me wrong the women are very nice and helpful as well. But the men do over and above the work, that’s what i call excellent customer service in my book.I have read some of the comments on here. I don’t know who was in the store before these employees came, all I know is I will keep coming to this family dollar, because the family dollar that’s closer to me, I don’t care too much about their Customer Service. I know everybody has a bad day but every time I come in there no one smiles they act like they didn’t want to be at work.Keep up the good work employees at family dollar ❤️??”

“the experience is always present. You can find the same quality items you can in a more expensive place like Walmart or CVS at a much lower price. There's a gentleman and there were glasses on I don't know his name but every time I meet him he's very professional and always greets the customer with a positive attitude and very helpful”

“This family dollar has the best customer service and speedy lines in the state as far as I’m concerned. Craft items need to be better with more choices more than a end cap. And stocking all inventory could be better. One problem I have tho is lately they’ve been saying they have no Pennie’s for your change and it’s different cashiers. That’s not cool and it seems like an old tactic stores used to pull to get extra money. If you do that to every customer you’re making lots of free extra money. Pennie’s turn into dollars. Get enough penny rolls for each day. Not acceptable. I still love this store.”

I have consistently found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
I have always found the place to be clean.
They seem to have the same staffing issues that most retail establishments do these days. There is often only one or two people on duty.
This particular location can be difficult to get in and out of due to the very steep grade of the drive leading into and out of the parking lot.”
“Albert the Assistant Manager is the best! He should be in the Corporate Office. Love that dude. He Welcomes me with a smile, and always suggests things I should buy. Latoya, she's great, she's always in the aisle working to keep her store Top Notch, and the Store Associates are Friendly. One Thing I recommend, Two More cash registers, or self check out!”

“The store is always cluttered and many of the aisles are always blocked by the Stickers. If you're looking for something specific, just ask or you will be looking around everywhere because there's not a great organizational plan going on. The prices are are decent and there are always plenty of Employees to help you out. The Staff is ALWAYS pleasant and helpful! (I gave 4 stars for the Staff.)”

“I like shopping here. The clerks are nice at checkout but often there is only one line open and several people in line. Even though the prices are going up and not a dollar, I still feel I find good bargains. Still always check out with more than I went in for!”
