“Never have any issues at all with this pharmacy, everyone has been kind and caring. If a prescription isn’t ready they always explain why and exactly who I need to call, if it cannot be filled. Being on several things from several doctors is overwhelming ( and frustrating ) but they have always assist me and answer any questions. The staff has always been extremely personable and knowledgeable. Thank you for always making this one less stressful situation :)

Some of the techs could work on their people skills but not everyone wants to chit-chat so that's ok.

“I haven't used the pharmacy here but I use their photo shop all the time. This Richmond Hill location always has their machines working to order prints and enlargements. It's easy and convenient and I have had the best experience with all of the employees that manage the photo area. They've been great and I too have had some questionable customer service in some of the other locations but never here.
I recommend this spot for your photo needs.”
“Had a WONDERFUL experience with the grocery pick up. Paige is absolutely incredible! There was an issue with my pick up time being delayed which caused a mix up with my order. Paige was able to get everything fixed quickly and was so sweet about it all! She’s a great asset to the team and should be highly acknowledged :)”

“Words can not express!!! I came to this pharmacy today because hospice could only find the medicine he needed in their pharmacy. I did not have the money to pay for his prescription until tomorrow afternoon so I asked if I could come back then. I got in my truck and the lady that waited on me came back to get me. I went back in and she said it's taken care of. I said no it's ok I can get it tomorrow. She said no need that I already had enough on my plate. I did not even get her name, I was on verge of breaking down crying because there are not to many good people left in this world. She was an angel in my time of need and I can not say thank you enough to y'all for having her, she is very rare! She is soft spoken with auburn colored hair at pharmacy counter, if you see her please tell her that she is outstanding, wonderful, gracious, a complete angel! I'm sorry I didn't get her name but I did not want to be embarrassed crying like a baby in front of her. This is the type of person every company needs and more through out the world. I can not say enough about this, it was truly an honor to have us cross her path!!! Thank you so much and God bless you!”
