“Went for the first time yesterday because I needed to get some prescriptions and my sister goes here to get her’s already. We got there at 5:40 and they had my prescriptions filled before they closed at 6. Everyone was so nice & I really appreciate them filling my prescriptions so fast! Will definitely come use this pharmacy again”

“Can get busy at times but the staff have been responsive to questions and finding ways to lower my cost. If they do not have the desired product in stock they usually can have it by the next day.
Also they send text reminders when you are do for a refill and your order is ready for pickup.
The pharmacy is located within the store. Turn a hard 90 degree turn to your left upon entering the store and the pharmacy is located straight ahead. Different locations within the pharmacy for drop off and pickup.”

“The pharmacy staff are very thoughtful and helpful, but the business practices and the healthcare system that they have to operate with cause some enduser difficulties. It is difficult to get accurate price information for medication sometimes. There is often a line at the in store pharmacy and drive through so recommend planning extra time in general for your meds pickups. Also be aware that services may be limited on either side of lunch or close to close. I was told walk ins anytime for flu shots and it turns out that 30 min either side of their 1:30-2pm lunch break they are unavailable. (Hopefully this will help someone else avoid two trips for their flu shot.)”

“Brook the pharmacist up at CVS is AMAZING. She is a Dynamo a very hard worker. Brook is always helping me with questions about my health or medicine or whatever I need even if she slammed with work she'll stop what she's doing and help me that's just what kind of person she is she loves helping people. My Dad is 82 and she treats him with so much patience and kindness and she makes sure his medicine is always right. My insurance doesn't even cover this Pharmacy but I still go there because I trust them the most CVS on Montgomery Crossroads is the best CVS ever best pharmacy ever. I definitely recommend using CVS on Montgomery Crossroads and if you have any questions with anything go to Brooke.”

“My friend and I came here with an extremely urgent medication requirement that was going to cost an unaffordable amount of money. Previous pharmacies we had gone to had been completely unhelpful, and just didn't seem to care. The first pharmacist we saw (who wore a headband. Sadly, I didn’t get her name) went above and beyond to help us. She gave us the tip to find manufacturer coupons to bring down the cost, and was calming and empathetic to my friend’s needs. She then had to leave, and we were assisted by a second pharmacist named Erin who helped us find one of the manufacturer coupons to ultimately get the total amount from $3600 down to about $28. She then made sure we got the medications quickly and easily. She was empathetic and sensitive to my friend's needs, and clearly cares deeply about the patients she serves. The interactions I experienced today restored my faith in humankind. Thank you so much for being such an angel, pharmacist with the headband and sweet Erin!”
