“Rincon has exploded in retail in the past 30 years. From a once auto parts store and a Walmart to several competitive offerings. Unfortunately in this America auto batteries are brand specific and prices for 12V are 500% more than 1990. They had three choice for my specific car, from $129-$300 and all with the same warranty coverage. The days of warranty replacement are now as dead a a 13 month old Die Hard.”

“Joy and Josh would give 10 stars if I could. My neighbor recommended this location. Joy greeted me and checked my car in. She also periodically came out to let me know that my car was being seen by the mechanic was Josh. I was in for an oil change and to get a tire checked.
Josh did my oil change quickly but thoughrly. I was also given a sheet as to what was checked. The lugnuts were swollen on the tire but given recommendations on where to go to get my tire taken care of. A great experience. Very personae and professional. This will be my go to for my oil changes for now on. They get very crowded so I would suggest making an appointment.”

“2 weeks ago i had a co worker back into my 3 day old Brand new (to me) audi q5 2 seperate times , i was initially nervous, because ive never had a new car, and or had to bring my car to a body shop, the woman behind the front desk was extremely polite, walked me through the whole process and was very clear about what and how everything was going to get done , and made a comfortable environment for a very uncomfortable situation, when i picked my car up, the techs did a wonderful job and showed no signs of previous damage , though i only spoke with 1 tech he was also straighforward and very polite, keep up the good work Rincon Crash Champions!
