“2 weeks ago i had a co worker back into my 3 day old Brand new (to me) audi q5 2 seperate times , i was initially nervous, because ive never had a new car, and or had to bring my car to a body shop, the woman behind the front desk was extremely polite, walked me through the whole process and was very clear about what and how everything was going to get done , and made a comfortable environment for a very uncomfortable situation, when i picked my car up, the techs did a wonderful job and showed no signs of previous damage , though i only spoke with 1 tech he was also straighforward and very polite, keep up the good work Rincon Crash Champions!
