“Kind, professional, thorough service from beginning to end. And they actually had my car finished and ready about two days before I was anticipating! They had the most reasonable estimate that we got two different times. Excellent work, and it's the second time in a few years that we've done business with A and L. Very pleased both times. Thanks so much, especially to Chris, who is always very helpful.”

“Fair pricing and quality work. Highly recommend! Dale was great! Needed to replace a front bumper and grill on a 2002 Toyota Highlander. He was honest and gave great advice for tracking down the right parts. Helped confirm what we needed and ensured I found the right items before purchasing them. He was able to give me a reasonable quote beforehand and when we dropped the car off, had a good idea when it would be ready. At the last minute there was a snag due to the paint needing to be redone, but he was still able to finish the project to meet our timeline. Very pleased with the job he did and at a fair price.”

“Always very professional and friendly! The maintenance they’ve provided over the past 3 years has been exactly what my car has needed and they’re very attentive and informative on servicing what works within my budget, as well as explaining why I may need certain services that may be outside of the budget. Donna has been an excellent service professional this whole time! There’s nowhere else I plan on taking my car for as long as I have it!”

“We had a great experience with the service department at Savannah Toyota. We aren’t local to the area and they went above and beyond to get us back on the road quickly, including setting us a flexible, same day appointment (we needed to wait on a tow), evaluating the vehicle quickly, and staying after hours to expedite repairs. They communicated with us every step of the way and are now assisting with our insurance claim for the contaminated fuel that caused our issues. Shout out to our service advisor, Nate, and the rental dept for sourcing us an inexpensive rental on a busy weekend in Savannah.”

“I want to update my review because Mark and Etta truly made a difference in my experience. They took the time to listen to my situation, were very polite and respectful, and presented me with different options to help resolve the issue with my car. They also went beyond what I expected by giving me helpful tips and additional information that allowed me to better understand my options and decide how to move forward. I really appreciate Mark and Etta for their professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. What started as a very disappointing experience ended on a much more positive note because of them. Thank you both!”
