Not everyone is qualified to work with the public. I think you should analyze and ask your employees if they feel comfortable in their current position so that you don't ruin other people's lives.

There are plenty of nice people who could provide better customer service. I'll never understand why they chose someone as rude as Ms. Ramona to provide customer service.

I had an order for some of their tilepix photos. When I ordered them it said it would be ready for pick up same day but then I got an email about it being delayed. I called and the girl was so nice and she said they were back ordered but they had a truck coming and told me what day and to call back to make sure they got them and sheâd leave a note as well for them to put them in the frame. I called back on whatever day she told me and they were ready for pick up. Everyone I spoke to was so nice and helpful. Also highly recommend using their tilepix feature. So easy to use and hang!

Just wanted to give my review on Rincon Walgreens & these 3 employees for being very respectful, helpful and kind for helping me after losing my keys in their store, aka behind their check out counter. They went above and beyond and you don't experience that often so thank you Nay, Frances, & Nathan! I Will be calling as well.

These guys are kind but the service is horrible. Was placed on hold 7 times before speaking to someone. Picked up diabetic medication but wasnât told one was on back order. Called back put on hold. Do not go there!

I couldnât really decide 1 Star or 2 stars. Things used to seem to be fine but the past few months, not so much. For the past 3 months they have been out of stock of my migraine meds as well as my husbandâs diabetic meds. Neither of these need to have missed dosages, yet, we have been unable to avoid that situation due to meds being out of stock. On top of that, the last time I called in my migraine medicine the automated system said it couldnât be refilled and they connected me to someone in the pharmacy. I assumed I was going to be told that the doctor needed to call in more refills, but instead I was asked âdo you necessarily need that many pills a month?â Ummmmm yes, I do have to have a monthâs supply, thatâs how this works. So she finally said she would fill it for me.
Then⌠after we hung up I got a text saying they were out of stock. Really?

This pharmacy saved the day for me! They were very helpful getting a medication I needed for my daughter and went above and beyond to get it ready for me on the way through town on our trip. Canât thank them enough!

Just visited store on 08-07-24 around noon time and have to say the store staff went above and beyond my expectation for customer service. Manager and all staff were friendly and helpful. A+++

The ladies in the pharmacy are friendly and seem to do their best despite appearing very busy and/or understaffed. Waits can be long depending on the time of day. I have to take an uncommon specialty drug that is on auto-refill, however, it's literally out of stock every month (my app always says it has to be ordered). You'd think they'd realize the issue by now and keep it in stock to avoid the delays. Otherwise, no complaints and I enjoy the convenience the drive-through offers.

The person in the window was the rudest ever. Iâve been coming to this location since 2013, never have I been treated so rudely. She certainly should not be working with the public. Ewww, I couldnât wait to get away from this unpleasant lady and end this unpleasant experience. I think I saw Asia on her name tag.
