“Had got a bible for a gift online and it didn’t have the name in it like it was supposed to have. They told me I could send it back and I knew being a few days from Christmas it wouldn’t ever get done. I called a place in rainsville ala and was told they would only put the names on it if I had bought it from them, that I might want to consider doin that. I said i will pay whatever it cost and once again same reply, not unless you bought it from us. So I found this place online and emailed them on Sunday, mid morning Monday i got a reply and it was. We would be glad to do it and it will only take a few minutes. So I drove to there location and was so taken by the kindness and care that they showed me. And less then 5 min it was ready and so beautiful. There store has anything and everthing you need and just the compassion and takeing time to help me just 3 days before Christmas was amazing. I left there with the Bible i had taken in and bought 2 kid ones and another adult Bible all with names on them for way less then I expected. And they definitely made a difference for me this Christmas. If everyone else would follow there lead this world would be a better place. I can’t thank them enough… God bless them always”

“If towing is your thing, this is a good museum. It shows the history of towing and has a variety of tow trucks on display.
However, it is a small museum and the cost is not worth the value you get. There is a video that talks about the history of towing that highlights trucks as being in the museum that are not there. Kind of a let down.”

“I love the safe space that Book & Barrel has to offer. It’s nice to have somewhere that’s queer friendly super close to home without having to go into the city. Rhonda- the owner- is a wonderful lady who has made my wife and I feel so very welcomed in a town that is rapidly up and coming. If you’re looking for a place to hangout that’s open past 5PM Monday to Saturday, I absolutely recommend taking a trip down to Book & Barrell. Get a drink, peruse the books, join a club- the options are endless.”
