Horrible experience they don't care about their customers will hang up with you in the middle of their call with you and when you call them back they still don't do no security checks Christy is very rude Don't know how this place is still open.... Ringgold Georgia needs to do better this place is going downhill fast

Closed my joint (myself & daughter) account today in Ringgold, we will gladly remain with TVFCU and Unify.
2.9 review rating says it all. Didn’t realize adding husband to account would require my daughter to sign paperwork approving BUT when she tells me I can close the joint account w/o her signature I was puzzled.
I’m assuming the desk clerk Jeanne S. is able to pick and choose who and how she wants to help people. Not a good experience at all.
We Opened an account in Feb 2022 with a $14k car loan and paid it off early (Aug 2024) w/o missing or being late on ANY payments.
Again, we will both remain at TVFCU and Unify and not add a 3rd bank to our portfolio.

Always friendly. I've been using them since I was eight years old and had an account with my parents as guardians. Still using them now at the age of 23. They've always gone the extra mile for me.

I was recommended this bank by family members & I really like it so far. It was easy to open an account & they were able to answer the questions I had about doing so. I like that the drive through is open for a while on Saturdays for now & that the ATM's are reliable.

I love this, they staff is friendly and helpful and will come to your aide very quickly. The only thing I don't like are the hours. The hours they don't even stay up until 6:00 pm like they used to, they stay open till 4:00 that's crazy. They should at least stay up until 6:00 on Fridays and Thursdays that's my opinion though That's the only thing I have a problem with is their hours. They're wonderful though Ben banking with them Well been at that bank for 40 years Love you about 38 and they've had their been bottle out just twice but I still enjoy his bank.

If I could give negative stars I would. They've been stealing money from me for over a year and it doesn't show up on transactions. If I stole from a bank, I'd be in jail.

Wow. Don't appreciate being shorted $40 out of the banded 1,000. Teller didn't care to count my Money back to me as well. I counted lose money, sadly trusted the the 1,000 was all there and discovered as i went to pay bills it was short $40. Ridiculous! Check your cameras and teach your tellers to count ALL Money to customers and stop banding Money until its counted to customer FIRST. Stop stealing from people. I will go back to confront teller to do better & will make sure i NEVER come back to this location.
