“Pleasantly surprised with this location. Tru in Ringgold is right off the highway and the hotel itself was great. Feels brand new, lobby and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Clean nice sized bathroom and great shower. I am a loyal Hilton brand hotel stayer and I highly recommend this location. Will absolutely stay again when in the area.”

“This was our first time staying at the Baymont by Wyndham Chattanooga/East Ridge, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The front desk staff and the cleaning crew were all friendly and professional. A special shoutout to Dash—an amazing person who was always polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.
The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I was especially impressed by the pillows—usually, hotel pillows are too soft for my liking, but these were perfect!
Another big plus: the hotel is pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus for us. My wife and I highly recommend this hotel, and if we ever return to Chattanooga, this is definitely where we’ll be staying.”

“This Econolodge 2-night-stay was a pleasant one. It is clean. There isn't trash outside all over the place. They take pride in their work here.
It is set back from the main road, so keep your eyes out for the sign or you might miss it. (Though we aren't far from the highway, so I still can hear trucks going by in the distance).
Dan at the front desk was kind, welcoming and professional at our 11:30pm arrival. I had mistakenly booked two rooms for one night instead of one room for myself and my son but Dan was patient and respectful and totally competent and made the correction that needed to be made.
Our room is very very clean! and spacious, even with two double beds, a small table and 2 chairs. The AC is strong and works great. There are plenty of outlets. There is a coffee maker, fridge, microwave and hairdryer. They also have a coffee machine coffee and juice machine in the front office
Everything is clean! I'm so appreciative!
We had one minor issue with our tv, so we went to the office to let them know. Kevin at the front desk came right away and fixed it in under 1 minute. He then kindly explained to my son how it happened and how to use it without having additional problems.
I am extremely grateful to find places with owners that take pride in their work and also work hard and teach that to their staff. This is a gem as far as affordable hotels.

“LOVED staying here!Beautiful and UPDATED rooms and grounds. Workout room was clean and had great equipment - has a Peloton!Noise levels inside and outside aren’t bad at all - pretty quiet in general.Very happy and will stay here again!One weird thing is the breakfast isn’t complimentary…you have to pay $17 for a buffet style normal hotel breakfast…very strange.”
“The only reason I give it a four on the room is because the first night in the room I couldn't get the TV to work and then when I went to bed and woke up throughout the night they were roaches running around on the floor. Then the nights after that was smooth sailing from there.Food & drinks: The food was pretty good but the biscuits were hard. The coffee was delicious and the orange juice wasn't the best.”

“Talk about a great stay! The rooms were a great size, the whole hotel very clean, and each room had a sliding glass door either opening into the central area (where the pool is located) or to the parking areas. We stayed for a business trip and I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Sonesta hotel, this having been my first time staying at one of their locations. The staff was quite helpful, even providing a few suggestions for activities in the area. My ONLY complaint is that they don't provide a complimentary continental breakfast, but with the great location, multiple breakfast options are a short trip away. Plenty of businesses, restaurants, and things to do within a 5 minute car ride, just off of the interstate. Despite the proximity to I-75, once you're in your room the outside world melts away and it's quiet. I rather enjoyed the curved couch with ottoman and the television that swivels for easy viewing from either the couch or bed. If I'm ever in this area again, I'll stay at this hotel again!”
“The room was very clean. The linens were clean and smelled great. The bed was super comfy. Staff was nice and helpful. Definitely better than most of the hotels we've stayed in East Ridge. We will be back.”

“Recently while moving my sister from Georgia, we needed to stop in the middle of the night. They were able to give us two rooms side by side. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.
No hassle check in or out. And I was most pleased that they allow me to park a 26 ft U-Haul in their parking lot, which was not very big at all.
If you need a quick pit stop for the night or maybe more at a decent rate, this is your motel. Right off the highway.”

“Wow!! This place is VERY comfortable. Love how clean it is, also such a convenient area, your not that far from Hamilton Place mall. Staff was very nice and welcoming, And I also love how there is a kitchen, a full size refrigerator, and the microwave. It seems like some extended days don’t even Include if it’s not one thing it’s another . Definitely would recommend to people who need somewhere to stay for long-term. Also has a washer and dryer! Definitely five out of five!”
