“I had written a review (5 stars) a month ago when I picked up my CPAP, but dont see it here. They did great in that case. Today, I had another great experience. This time with the customer care rep that answered the phone. Apparently, Medicare had issued a new Medicare card/number that I had not received. Instead of just telling me to contact Medicare, she went above and beyond and found the number for me. I still need to request a duplicate card, but she saved me a lot of trouble being proactive. Certainly not something you see much of in today's world of off-shore customer support. Great, great job!”

“Had a wheelchair broken by the airlines and sent me here to get a replacement. They were great to work with they got the new wheelchair to me super fast in just a couple weeks. This being a completely custom wheelchair that is amazing. Also when it came in they stayed late for me to get there after work. Everyone there was great but huge thanks to Felicia and Michael.”

“We had a very positive experience at Eddies Medical Supply.
We were looking for a rotator and their supply was great.
They sat down with us and gave us the information we needed to buy what we needed.
I am very pleased with my rotator and several of my friends are thinking about buying one.
