“At first, I took my car somewhere else. I took my car to have the wheels balanced and rotated. When they were finished it was worse than when I started. It was driving rough. I looked and found a nail in my front tire. I don't know how they missed the nail. I looked around and found Greased Light'n website and it looked good. I took it to Mike and when he was finished balancing, rotating and repairing the nail hole, it's driving awesome. He really fixed my issue and did the best balancing the tires better than anybody ever has in my life. I will be a repeat customer for sure.”

“The service team went ABOVE & BEYOND to accommodate my request for an oil change as I was traveling 4 hours the next day to return home and didn't want to come back out for an oil change the next morning.
Although they technically closed at 7pm, the manager could see I was a tad stressed I had missed the service window, arriving at 7:05pm. He gave me a break and told me to drive into the open bay.
Every one was super nice, patient, and the manager even stayed longer when he realized my skid plate had come loose. He worked to tighten the screws he could, and added zip ties all the way around to endure a safe ride home. I didn't ask him to do this. He was proactive, saw an issue, and did his best to fix what he could.
These guys are professional and kind and if I'm back in town, I would definitely use them again.”
“Convenient location and great to swing by often as the yellow pollen consumes my vehicle daily. But even moreso, because the birds have conformed into B-17 Flying Fortresses and have adapted to possess daylight precision bombing skills, my car is attacked often lately like a target. “They were extremely polite when I brought my car in on a Sunday. However, we weren’t able to get the oil changed due to having the updated Ford plastic drain plug. I authorized them to remove it anyway and if something happened I’d replace it. But they didn’t want to chance it. I ended up paying nearly $200 elsewhere for an oil change. I think I may be doing it myself from now on.”

“Chris- the store manager- was incredible! Truly the fastest and most efficient service I have ever seen. I have been going to jiffy lube consistently for 15 years and always been pleased, but Chris blew it out of the water today. It seemed that he was the only one available, but he made sure that only having 1 staff member didn’t negatively impact my service. Will definitely go out of my way to come back to this store!”
