“We purchased our daughter a car in January from a large dealership. We’ve had multiple repairs needed since. Greased Light’n was by far the best priced and did the repair within a day. We have always brought our cars here and will continue to do so. Definitely recommended!”

“Super straightforward experience. The person who took care of my car was very kind and helped me out. I did not feel like anybody was trying to swindle me. Overall 10, out of 10 recommend. The person who helped me is named John. Seems like a very chill dude, he was very helpful too.”

“The mechanic in charge was most efficient and pleasant, offering humor along the way. And the presumed owner took the time to have a kind conversation with my toddler while we waited. A good price and nice perks. We’ll be going back to this shop.”

“Casey at East Ridge Transmission provided outstanding service. I highly recommend this shop. They collaborated closely with my warranty company to secure the lowest price possible. You can't go wrong choosing East Ridge Transmission.”

“I’ve unfortunately had my car in and out of this shop for a half a year at this point, trying to chase down a rattle in my front end that neither I, nor the mechanics can seem to find. That being said, we’ve figured out all the things it’s not; and they confirmed everything is SAFE, that could cause concern; and made me feel confident in driving it again. They’ve thrown me a bone or two on prices probably due to us both being frustrated on trying to figure this out, and didn’t charge me for work they couldn’t do nor did they have me replace parts that didn’t need to be replaced. I’m sure it’s been annoying when I show back up; but as annoying as I’ve been, Brian has shown me nothing but KINDNESS, PATIENCE, UNDERSTANDING, HONESTY and GENUINE CONCERN. Everyone I talk to at that shop seems to hold the same characteristics. All of that goes a very long way for me and I really appreciate everything they’ve done for me. They’re really great people. That’s why the 5 stars and why I trust them with any future projects I may have.”

“Took care of me on very short notice when I had a tire defect. I called at 730am (everyone else opens at 8am) in the morning and they were able to take me in that same morning. Pricing was fair, not amazing, but what I would expect for the amount of work being done. I have already been back since, with another of my vehicles.”

“The only place we will take our vehicles for service. We love it here; they’re so fast and friendly too! They make sure you and your vehicle are well taken care of. They are also very patient with us and our not knowing how this spaceship of a car (2024 Jeep Compass Limited) works all the time 🤦♀. And no judgements on the cabin air filter is so appreciated, I practically live in this suv so I’m sure it was gross. I like it here because it’s not the typical “oh god, not another human” attitude we sometimes run into at service places. Rain, cold, or blistering heat they’re always greeting us like old friends.”

“I had an oul change, air & cabin filters replaced. My wipers were also replaced. They also tested my coolant and let me know that I would need to get that changed soon. I thought they did a wonderful job and didn't take all day. I was extremely happy with the service I got.¹”

“Very helpful and appreciated all the work they do. They had changed my flat tired damaged on my way to work. And did a very good job replacing the tire immediately. And did my car some oil changed also and the price of the tire that was replaced was not that very expensive so I would recommend them for have your tires and oil changed their. They do a very good job. Thank you so much.”

“Ordered tires on line and had them shipped to the store. Once they arrived at the store I was contacted to pick up or set up service date for installation. I chose to have them installed. The associates were attentive and professional. I shopped around to find the best price and Walmart beat my dealership at the price for the same exact tires by several hundred dollars.”

“I pulled up at the Walmart Auto Care Center at 2pm on Wednesday November 26th with battery trouble. I was greeted just outside of the garage by the most friendly gentleman I have ever had the good pleasure to meet. His name is Keith and he told me that he works as a float for the Auto Care Center. I could tell just by looking that they were really busy but still Keith took the time to talk to me and not once did I feel rushed. Keith addressed my needs and got me checked in within a moment or two. While waiting he came to me and gave me an update so that I would know what was going on. I cant stress enough how customer oriented Keith is. Walmart needs more employees like Keith. I dont know if you will ever see this rating Keith but 5 stars simply isn't enough you deserve so much more than that. I pray God blesses you and your family beyond your wildest dreams. Thanks Keith!!!”
