“We had a really fast and thorough oil change. I I appreciate Emilia Taking the extra time to get the air filter out in the cabin, which was very challenging and she had to get multiple tools because The glove box was sticking and I appreciate her staying with it so I could get a new air filter which was much needed!”
“I had damaged a skid plate on the under carriage of my automobile and it was dragging. I stopped at the Jiffy Lube, the gentleman who greeted me saw the problem. I asked if he would take a look to see if it could be fixed. I pulled in and they started working on fixing it. While one was repairing the plate another was checking my fluids and added wind shield fluid. If you don't have a regular auto care provider, I suggest you check out Jiffy Lube. The shop is very clean, they are courteous, and willing to help you anyway they can.

“Pulled up, after a short wait I was greeted with a cold bottle of water, and pulled into shop. 3 men attacked my car and I was really happy to not get bombarded with all the things I needed to get done while I was there besides what I came for. They showed me my air filter and let me decide whether I needed a new one or not. No pressure and I was in out in no time. Great experience, and I will be back next oil change! “Traveling home to Indiana from Georgia in the rain and road construction when we got a low tire pressure warning for a rear tire. Googled tire repair near me and got Speedy's. Got to them just before quitting time and explained our situation and they took of us by removing a nail and patching our tire. I can not be any more appreciative of an automotive company. I am sure I was the last thing they wanted to see at closing time yet they treated us professionally and with respect. If I lived locally they would be my car care center of choice. “I pulled up at the Walmart Auto Care Center at 2pm on Wednesday November 26th with battery trouble. I was greeted just outside of the garage by the most friendly gentleman I have ever had the good pleasure to meet. His name is Keith and he told me that he works as a float for the Auto Care Center. I could tell just by looking that they were really busy but still Keith took the time to talk to me and not once did I feel rushed. Keith addressed my needs and got me checked in within a moment or two. While waiting he came to me and gave me an update so that I would know what was going on. I cant stress enough how customer oriented Keith is. Walmart needs more employees like Keith. I dont know if you will ever see this rating Keith but 5 stars simply isn't enough you deserve so much more than that. I pray God blesses you and your family beyond your wildest dreams. “I know chain franchise auto repair generally has a bad reputation, but the two Express Oil stations I frequent both absolutely rock. I use them for routine maintenance and even for the expensive stuff on my car and truck. Their prices are fair and their work is terrific. I don't go anywhere else if I can possibly avoid it. (Hint: it would be awesome if they would start doing mufflers!) But seriously I trust these guys with my life on the road and you should too.”
