“It's a long overdue but I'll be forever grateful for this family owned garage. I'm a travel nurse and I got a car issue half way through my very long drive to the Northern states. I was very distressed and when I called them on a Friday morning, they kindly offered to look at my vehicule the same morning despite having a full agenda.I usually avoid any kind of chain businesses and that's another reason to support local ones. “These folks are by far the best auto shop in town. My introduction to them went like this. I took a coworker to pick up his truck there a few years ago. He called me and told me that Bo had said from the screeching noise my truck was making. If I didn't take care of the wheel bearing, the wheel would come off. This had happened twice before, and it was making those sounds when I took it to my former mechanic. They did nothing. I went back to Quality, and my coworker was still there . I left my truck and told Bo to fix it. He asked how long it had been since the previous work had been performed. I told him 4 months. He said they should still be under warranty. I told him to fix it anyway because I had had the oil changed a week before, and the other shop didn't say a word. We have used Quality ever since!”

“They were extremely polite when I brought my car in on a Sunday. However, we weren’t able to get the oil changed due to having the updated Ford plastic drain plug. I authorized them to remove it anyway and if something happened I’d replace it. But they didn’t want to chance it. I ended up paying nearly $200 elsewhere for an oil change. I think I may be doing it myself from now on.”

“It’s really surprising to me that an oil change would be as pleasant an experience as it was today, but the staff at this Jiffy Lube are very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I used to go to Valvoline or my dealership to get an oil change, but they couldn’t compare to the quality of service I got at this Jiffy Lube. They have reasonable pricing for the service they provide, and offer discounts for loyal customers. The waiting room is very nice and comfortable, and the service is fast enough to where you don’t feel like you’re stuck there. I do like that you don’t wait in your car like other places, and that they do things like check your lights and filters as well as top off the windshield washing fluid and vacuum the floors of my car when I come in. My car’s synthetic oil change comes out to between $70-90, depending on the discounts they have at the time. Definitely recommend!”
