“I walked in (totally) unprepared, started a phone call with, the company I was returning, and while on hold, I started greeting customers to kill the time….
This, is when I made my 2 New Best Friends, Jennifer (Louis), and Raven (Thelma), I ended up being there for over an hour (waiting on my return label),
