“Shout out the the best UPS store and workers around! I was struggling trying to get my shark fan apart to return or I would have lost my money on it. Thanks to the most incredible staff for helping me resolve this issue. Many laughs were shared!!! Ps- never buy this Shark fan lol!!!”
“I can’t say enough about Estes and their customer service. The terminal Manger Steve went above and beyond to get my freight delivered. The entire Estes team does a professional job and are there when you need help. I can’t say enough about them and their customer service.”
“I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris at FedEx and felt compelled to share my experience. From start to finish, the level of service provided was outstanding. Chris went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and with the utmost professionalism.
What stood out most was the genuine care and attention given to making sure my needs were fully met. Every question was answered thoroughly and the entire process was made seamless. It is rare to encounter this level of dedication and it truly made a difference.
If you are looking for a team that takes customer service seriously, look no further. Chris is a prime example of what exceptional service looks like. Highly recommend!”
“Great experience with the maintenance shop. The mechanics are expedient, friendly, and knowledgable. Mr.Stanley did an outstanding job on my Preventative Maintenance Service! Also, the Driver Support Specialist was helpful in getting me the supplies I needed.”
“I go to this location usually once a week at least for my job,and the entire staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, and very knowledgeable to the questions I have for them”
“I must say I was here about a week ago. RYAN HELPED ME EVERY STEP of the way. He was amazing. Today, however, the girl not helping me is making this trip far more stressful then it has to be. I can't complain, as I did get everything done.”
“I had my first contact with this store today and so grateful! There was a long line of U-haul check-ins after Memorial Day and Rebecca at the front desk took extra time to help me with a print job. She was unsure about how to print from a flash drive but figured it out, was kind and willing. Thank you! Christina, Oak Ridge, TN”

“We went in with several questions and for a notary. Ms. Kim assisted with walking us through the process and answered all of our questions with no hesitancy. She was very helpful and friendly. That's especially appreciated when one doesn't fully understand everything they need in those situations. We're grateful to her kindness and assistance.”
“I want to thank Mrs. Trina at DHL Express Service at Chattanooga. She was very patient and amazing. But most of all I want to say to everyone reading this, don’t waist your time looking for the chipper way to ship. I saved about 80 dollars comparing to UPS and FedEx long distance/international services. I am not mentioning USPS because documents were lost and I received them back about 7 month later( don’t waist your time and effort). Thank you!”

“I do not ship LTL freight frequently. Diane in Ringgold was super helpful in walking me through the paperwork and scheduling pick up. The driver, Mike, call ahead and was so nice even though there was quite a bit of labor involved in loading. It was a great experience!”
