“Amazing staff with a heart! I was selling a vehicle to a woman who drove 2 hours from Tennessee and completely forgot we needed a notary to witness the transaction. I called the store at 5:52pm and asked if one was on duty. They explained the person leaves in 7 minutes and I begged them to have them wait on us since we were 15 minutes away. She was a single mom DESPERATELY needing this vehicle and it means the world to me that they chose to stay and help us out! They did NOT have to do that and by the kindness of their hearts they stayed! We were able to complete the transaction and she drove back home to TN not stranded! Thank you thank you for going above and beyond the hours of operations to assist us. The world needs more kindness and people like you! (Insurance agent here and I highly respect that type of customer service and reflect it in my business as well). I will be referring everyone I work with who needs a notary here! God bless you all!”

“I want to thank Mrs. Trina at DHL Express Service at Chattanooga. She was very patient and amazing. But most of all I want to say to everyone reading this, don’t waist your time looking for the chipper way to ship. I saved about 80 dollars comparing to UPS and FedEx long distance/international services. I am not mentioning USPS because documents were lost and I received them back about 7 month later( don’t waist your time and effort). Thank you!”
