The facility is also convenient to Route 27.The staff, particularly Lorie, are pleasant and helpful and are really nice people.I'd definitely use this place again.”

Then, Keith on site was a pleasure to work with- he treated me with such kindness and respect that went above and beyond, and he listened and rectified it with a smile on his face. I had an issue (no fault of anyone’s there) with the unit assigned and was reconsidering my decision of a unit, but my experience with Keith and his assistance to get me into the right unit was nothing short of a blessing. Not to mention, I rented it online bc I got a great deal, and was not treated any differently due to that. That has caused me to recommend Keith and this location to several people already. Much respect to the staff who make it great. Thank you!”

“It has been great overall. Only complaint is that we never had a working light bulb in the unit. We thought that the bulb was burnt out so we changed it ourselves, but that did not fix it. We let management know, but nothing ever changed. We just used headlamps or the head lights of our car if we needed to be in the unit after dark.”

The system even messed up on my price and it was $150 instead of 90 and I called them and they got it fixed immediately!
