“Chris opened the door when we walked in. Susie stood up and told us her name and welcomed us to CubeSmart. Chris showed us the property and this is the cleanest storage place we visited. I told my daughter as soon as we walked in this is where we will rent. Chris made the rental process super easy. He explained everything to us and answered any questions we had. I have family that has storage at Extra Space and I will be getting them to transfer to this CubeSmart. Thank you Chris and Susie for making this a nice and easy process.”
“So as I was in need of a storage unit that was close by and affordable, even though my husband works for a storage facility I needed one closer to home so I got on Google and I found this location That’s like a mile and a half away from my house. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. They got me the best deal they possibly could which I got a 6 x 6 climate building for dirt cheap. And Craig was very professional and friendly gave me all of my options, even explained them further detail because some things I did not understand with a smile on his face the whole time and I can’t remember the ladies name that was working with him that day she was the same way. It took me a minute to find the unit, but then again it was my first time driving through there they have very convenient entrances and exits that you have a gate code and you can also control from your phone. The unit was very clean and you can tell the property is very well taken care of.”
“This location is superb. It is very secure, clean, large, and the staff are fantastic. No bait and switch tactics here. Everything is transparent and thorough explanations given at request if ever needed. I had a terrible experience at another location-- it's nice to receive excellence here at this location. Kim is wonderful.”

“First of all, Public storage is awesome. They’re everywhere, easy to access, well maintained, and have top notch security. So….take that and combine iit with Sara, you’ve got yourself a dinger!!! Sara manages 2+ sites, navigates needy people, hot swampy southern air, and does it all with a smile on her face. Sara is great and elevates and already fantastic company. Head into Public Storage for all your storing needs and if you see Sara tell her Holly said thanks for holding my keys for 3 months and then give her an elbow to elbow high-five (stare at her elbow whilst high-fiving and see how perfectly your high-fives lands!! You’re welcome).”
“So recently I posted a review on this place because I had a little bit of an issue getting in after hours. Although I was frustrated at the situation and the lack of after hours phone number, I did manage to get in and get access to my unit. First thing this morning the manager josh, called me to apologize for everything that I had gone through this weekend trying to get access to my child's stuff as they were returning to college in the area. From all my interactions with josh, he has been above and beyond trying to help out in any way possible. So I will give him kudos for everything that he has done. So my only knock on the facility is just a lack of corporate after hours support phone numbers if you have trouble getting in after the office is closed. Josh did give me his cell phone number but it seems I had dialed it wrong but I don't know if everyone will get his number. Corporate should have a dedicated number for the facility that doesn't require his personal phone number to be given out as that's not fair to him nor to clients as we all have lives and shouldn't be on personal phones outside of business hours”

“This facility has a great deal for your initial rental. Affordable in the beginning, but they continue to raise your rental for the duration no matter how long you stay.
What makes it all worth the money is Patrick! What a great guy! He’s helpful, informative & he just comes by on the golf cart to say hi & check on you! Super pleasant with a big smile when you walk into the office. You might find a better place to to store, but they won’t have Patrick!”
