“I often go here to mail out important documents and returns items. Today I came with two returns that needed an envelope/box, but I didn't realize that until I was at the store. Instead of sending me away to return with something to mail them back in, the employees looked in the back and found me two small envelopes to place my items in and make the return. This saved me so much time and I couldn't have been more grateful!!! I will continue coming to this UPS Store.”

“PO stop #335 was the Highland Park Station of Chattanooga TN. Highland Park was a small town about 2 miles from downtown. It was annexed into Chattanooga in 1929. Could find no cornerstone or marker to say when this building was built. It was very clean and in good shape. I sure the people here work very hard but like all of us are never given the time or extra help to get it all done.”
