But most of all I want to say to everyone reading this, don’t waist your time looking for the chipper way to ship. I saved about 80 dollars comparing to UPS and FedEx long distance/international services. I am not mentioning USPS because documents were lost and I received them back about 7 month later( don’t waist your time and effort). Thank you!”

“My husband and I recently stayed in Chattanooga. We forgot one of our bags as we checked out of our motel. We noticed the missing bag when we arrived at our destination near northwest Chicago around 9pm. This bag contained most of my medications. The staff at store 3188 were so very helpful, efficient and kind in retrieving my bag and expediting it to us. Everything was well packed and nothing was missing. The manager, Linda, couldn't have more understanding as she assisted us during a stressful and challenging time. I can't thank her and her staff enough.”

“Had a horrible experience with the driver putting off our 2 day shipping, then saying he delivered our package 30 minutes after we passed him leaving from our road. We were at home when the notification went off and no driver anywhere around. Was extremely upset as for this was for work. Dave hand delivered our package to us this morning and the driver was reprimanded for this.This was extremely great customer service by the supervisor. I'm sure this isn't a normal occurrence and would use them again for shipping because they do make sure things are right with their customers.”
