“I had a great experience with Peterbilt while my truck was down for repairs. The entire staff was professional, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of while they worked on my truck.
What really stood out was their customer service. They even provided me with lunch both days my truck was down, which they absolutely didn't have to do. That kind of hospitality and consideration makes a stressful breakdown situation a lot easier.
I really appreciate everyone at Peterbilt for getting me back on the road and treating me like a valued customer. Excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this location to other drivers.”
