Transmission Repair in Ringgold, GA

“My husband's truck was making weird noises and we were it was the transmission. We were worried about the cost and started looking around to see where we could take it. After about a week or so of searching, we decided to go with Gears Transmission. They did say it would take about 3 weeks or so for the truck to be ready.
I would call them at least once a week to see how the process is going and Steve would gladly give me updates.
It did take them about a month to fix the truck, but that was ok.
As we were picking up the truck, they apologized to us for taking so long and thanked us for our patience. We were told they are a bit understaffed and there is a lot of work to be done, but they got it done.
Before we left, we were told to call or come back if there are any issues with the truck.
I would 100% go back to them if something happens to the truck again.
I understand some people don't have the patience to wait, but that doesn't mean Gears Transmission is a bad place to take your vehicle.

Dale the service manager is one of the nicest people that you will meet..and jabs the tech that worked on my truck both times that I was there got right to work on my truck both times and had it fixed right away. They don't try to milk out the time there ..they get right on the job.I've been on the road for 40 years now.and I highly recommend this shop”
