“I went in over a noise that was making me worried. The technicians drove it and thought it was fine and double-checked when I asked again. I think I was just paranoid about normal creaks, so I didn't get anything major fixed.
They were very honest and didn't try to fix problems that weren't there, so I'll definitely go back to them if I need to in the future.”

“These guys are amazing!!!!. My truck broke down , half mile down the road when I got to town to pick up a truck purchased. My water pump went out. Someone recommended me to these guys. I showed up and they did.not mess around. Got my truck right in. Changed the water pump, belt,tensioner , heater hose and put everything back together in 6 hours total! Getting me back on the road to oklahoma same day. This whole team was super helpful and such respectful people. What an all around amazing job!!!. If I lived up here id be a repeat customer!!. Give these people your buisness you wont regret it. Thank you again for all you guys did for me to get me back home!.”

“I have used Fryar's Auto Service for many years, and have never been disappointed with the quality of work. My parents and sister's family (spouse and 3 adult children) are loyal customers, and, based on my recommendation, a deacon at my church used Fryar's for his car's needs.
Just be sure to ask for an estimate before they start any work. They tend to jump right into the repairs.
If you need headlight bulbs replaced, make sure they know what type you want: regular, halogen, or LED, or they will put in the cheapest bulbs. Same with car batteries. Make sure you're clear on what you want in your car.”
“Home visiting family in Chattanooga and the day before I'm supposed to leave my Jeep overheated. Guy at O'Reilly steered me to this shop and boy was that the best advice I've been given in a very long time. Limped into the shop the next morning, 30 minutes before officially opening mind you, and Patrick took me without hesitation. Fixed same day and when I went back to pick it up he told me no charge. Literally said it didn't need anything other than burping and refilling the coolant and there was no charge. Forced him to take some cash and shook his hand. Disaster averted thanks to this shop.”
“I was driving my daughter to collage and her transmission had a problem. We were 580 miles from home with 1300 miles to go. We pulled in and asked for help and help is what we got for sure. Troy and his wonderful guys had us back on our way with not much delay at all. He explained the problem is a way that two clueless women could understand and made a completely stressful situation calm and manageable. We do not live here but I would highly recommend using this shop if you ever have to.”

I was traveling from out of state, alone with my one year old child, and has just gotten repair work done from my home auto shop. My car was suddenly having issues, I pulled off and called here. “Had my 2008 RAV4’s transmission rebuilt here and I’m very happy with the experience. Throughout the whole process Jason and Devon were very communicative about where they were in this process. They were very thorough and informed me of any worn parts they found along the way that needed to be replaced. They also removed the factory transmission cooler and upgraded it to a more effective Tru-Cool cooler. They gave my 228,000 mile Toyota a new life. Being a mechanic I have always been hesitant to bring my vehicle anywhere to have work done but with something this invasive I had no choice. Glad I brought my car here. Next time I need anything transmission related , I’ll be back.”

“I’ve taken multiple cars here over the years and consistently had a great experience. Consultative and willing to listen to your concerns. They will even give you a shuttle ride downtown! The only thing to note is they do not take appointments, so it can get busy in the mornings, but they were upfront that it might be the next day until they could get to it. They surprised us and finished it same day, which was a SIGNIFICANTLY better experience than the dealership. I will go here always moving forward!”

They do good work but stay packed I’m guessing because of the good work and the payment plan availability because most shops don’t offer the things they do here which is why I came. I glad I did.”
