“I stopped at this restaurant for lunch on my way from Alabama to Kentucky. I wanted a non-chain and local place. This restaurant did not disappoint. The food was made fresh (awesomely cooked and seasoned too). The owners were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area too. The cost was awesomely affordable too. This place may be listed as the Depot Diner on some GPS devices. However you find it, definitely give it a try. A+++”

“I have nothing but good to say about the Scenic Highway Dollar General location. My son and I went in last night to pick up some snacks and my son had recently received a new debit card, and was having trouble with his PIN number. The cashier Chris was so kind about our technical issues. He was very patient and friendly as we tried to get our debit card to work. Chris gives the kind of customer service that is so unexpected in this day and time. Just about all of the staff at this location is friendly and efficient. Kim, who also works at this location, is always very personable and ready to help her customers. I am grateful for this store because for people out in the more rural areas of Lookout Mountain it keeps us from having to run to Trenton, Fort O or Lafayette like we used to have to do.”
