“I went to this shop because it was recommended to me by a friend , after they checked the damaged they told me the car wasn’t worth fixing and there is no need to waste the money on it however they offered to replace the headlight if I get the part so I am able to at least drive it legally, on top of that they didn’t charge me anything for installing the light , very honest and professional and not just looking to make money like most shops. I absolutely recommend them.”

“First I want to say thank you to Ms. Nikki, and Mr. Tony for the extra mile customer service in assisting me with my battery. B9th of the were very kind, extremely friendly and helpful, Ms. Nikki helped me figure out my battery was dead using their battery reader, she heard me trying to start my car and told me to stop she had a jump box ... explained to me how to have to battery installed with complementary materials .... they joked ad laughed and they were just overall refreshing.... I left without the battery protection she literally called me so I could come back ad get the.... the store is neat
And clean, I even told her that before the battery check... this is what customer service should look like in our community!!!! GREAT JOB.... I HOPE THE OWNERS KOW THEY HAVEVA GREAT TEAM !!!! THANK YOU

“I have a BMW 850i and discovered I had a crack in my rim. The dealership wanted $1000.00 to replace the rim but I was referred to Special Rims, Inc to determine if they could repair it. I spoke to Dereck, brought the vehicle in, he inspected it, and repaired it at a 1/3 of the cost to replace it. Great job to him and his team!!”
