“Maria is an amazing worker she it’s so helpful and very patient with me when I’m in the store. She’s wonderful thank you thank you.”
“TALAYNA, one of the store managers, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so patient with us as we asked her many questions to make informed decisions. I can honestly say if it were not for her expertise and making us feel comfortable, we may not have made the purchase. She went above and beyond. Even when she went to lunch she was sure to inform her coworkers what to do if we came back and she was not present. She continued her search for our fridge even after we left to make sure we got the best. Thank you so much Talayna!”
“I love this store. Friendly staff. I have had help trying to figure out exactly what I need. Keep in mind, there isn't an employee waiting at each aisle to assist But when I need help I can always get it. The store is huge so I can't expect every employee to know exactly where everything is. I will often check store inventory before heading to the store. Inventory and location of the product is listed with the product on line.”
“The manager Tanza was super helpful when I needed some wood cut the other day. She was very swift with the assistance and very knowledgeable about the process. I was very pleased with my visit.”
“Wayne was the greatest help! Busy man, he is in the Painting and Flooring department and came to help me in the Hardware department. Amazing craftsmanship he taught me. Changing the lock in a knob is very interesting! Wayne was friendly, thoughtful, and fast. Something you don’t find in customer service now a-days!!!”
“The ability to get wood cut to length is great. Good supplies and was able to make some cool art for my place from home depot. One 1.5 pressed wood veneer sheet cut to size by their helpful team.”
