“I just want to give a huge shoutout to the store associate Dwayne at this location, as well as Corey the manager. Dwayne went above and beyond to help me track down a Milwaukee tool. He spent so much time helping me and was nice and patient. At the end, we couldn’t find the exact tool I was looking for, but we found a similar item and Dwayne was instrumental in working with his manager Corey in getting me a similar price.

“After an initial issue with an online order for two king-size Sweet Night mattresses, I want to update my review. The order had been canceled without explanation, which was frustrating, especially after multiple attempts to reach customer service.
However, Kayla from Home Depot’s headquarters stepped in and did an outstanding job resolving the situation. She followed through, corrected the problem, and made sure we received our mattresses as originally expected.
I appreciate the effort she made to take ownership and get this handled. That said, Home Depot’s customer service communication could definitely improve, as it took several calls and a lot of time to get the issue addressed.
In the end, the matter was resolved and I’m thankful for Kayla’s help in making it right.”

“I fell in love with a pivot door they had, for my home that is being built. I called to inquire more about it and got a man buy the name of Theo. This man's customer service was top tier. I must've called him 5 different times with questions about this door, he was pleasant, didn't act like I was bugging him, and put my mind at ease, because I was worried about this big of a purchase online. (Money & The heavy door) He walked me through the whole process and even got me a major discount. He even took a picture of the actual door and sent it to me. Thanks Theo for making my purchase a breeze. I love my door and it looks beautiful hung on my house.”
