“I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Home Center Outlet so far! We are replacing our front door, and Monica has been incredibly patient, kind and responsive with all my questions. She’s even offered to ship additional wood so that we can test out different stains and finishes before staining the entire door, and she’s having their craftsmen drill dummy holes on the non-active door at no additional cost. There are a lot of big decisions, and it’s not an inexpensive investment, but she’s made me feel supported and confident throughout the entire process. 10/10 customer service! ⭐Can’t wait for this door to be delivered Friday!”

“I found a brand-spanking-new screen door – including all the hardware but the screws – that I was able to find on the Home Depot website for over $100 more than what I got it for. All the employees/volunteers I interacted with were super helpful and professional. I'll be coming back again for sure!”

“If a young lady that they sent to my house was very sufficient. I appreciate her. She appeared to go beyond the measures to help me get my tuna. And to help me with anything else, questions that I had out there, she was clean. She cleaned up behind herself and she did a great job. Thank you ma'am thank you”

“Here's a polished version of your review: I recently visited Home Depot on Cascade. I have to say my experience exceeded my expectations. I wasn't expecting such exceptional customer service, so I was pleasantly surprised by how well I was treated from the moment I walked in. The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. Although I experienced a small hiccup with my delivery order, Assistant Manager Dennis stepped in immediately and quickly resolved the issue. His professionalism and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. I also want to give a special thank you to Eric, Josh, and the young man working in the outdoor garden area who helped me select my landscaping rocks. They were patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I made the right choices. Thank you to the entire team for making my shopping experience such a positive one. Outstanding customer service like this deserves to be recognized, and I look forward to shopping at this Home Depot again. This version is warm, professional, and specific—exactly the kind of review that highlights exceptional customer service while recognizing the employees who made a difference.”

“This Homedepot store is well maintained and stocked. I was greeted by an associate who was hauling the carts inside when I entered the store. The associates here are very helpful. I visited the paint section in particular looking for fence stain and the associate was very helpful, located 5 gallon buckets and mixed the stain for me. As the stain was 20$ more here compared to Cascade Store (which did not have the same Behr Premium stain), the associate at the check out lane gave me the price match, no hassle, plus applied a coupon I had for credit card! Amazing customer service and truly the associates went above and beyond in provinding the service! Hats off!”

“After an initial issue with an online order for two king-size Sweet Night mattresses, I want to update my review. The order had been canceled without explanation, which was frustrating, especially after multiple attempts to reach customer service. However, Kayla from Home Depot’s headquarters stepped in and did an outstanding job resolving the situation. She followed through, corrected the problem, and made sure we received our mattresses as originally expected. I appreciate the effort she made to take ownership and get this handled. That said, Home Depot’s customer service communication could definitely improve, as it took several calls and a lot of time to get the issue addressed. In the end, the matter was resolved and I’m thankful for Kayla’s help in making it right.”
