Kroger Pharmacy provides excellent and polite service. The team is good and makes customers feel like family. The pharmacist is understanding, informative, and honest. Employees serve even difficult, rude, or hostile customers with grace and patience. They are appreciated for their hard work. The pharmacy gets prescriptions ready with care for customers who are sick. The team is top tier and does an awesome job.
I have been coming to this pharmacy for a couple of years and I love them I feel like family Mr Henry and Shan are top tier. The rest of the team is good as well.

Two stars for customer service. One of the pharmacy techs is so rude and off-putting. She just loves giving attitude/dismissing people. Dont know her name but She wears glasses; hair always in a bun and she walks like a penguin ?. That's the best description I can give of her.
