The manager, Zee, is very helpful. She is very empathic towards her customers' requirements and willing to help you out without pressuring you into anything. “He is determined to get your phone fixed. Screen repairs are 30 minutes. Screen repair cost depends on model (mine is Galaxy S20 FE 5G and he charged $180). My phone faced a network connectivity issue but he did everything in his ability to fix it, from finding out the exact part to calling his friend to check on it, to consider ordering Amazon Prime for it.Strong work ethic. I came in blind and in immediacy, out of fear of not knowing who to fix my phone. Definite recommend.”
