“I have been an AT&T customer for the past 30 years and this by far has been my best customer service experience! Torrence and his team were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to make sure we had a phone that met our needs and budget. We had an emergency where we needed a phone ASAP but the phone we wanted was out of stock. Torrance drove over an hour to get us a phone. Him and his team then stayed almost 2 hours over close time to get us ready to go. When I say the best customer service ever...you have to go there and check them out. Ask for Torrence or any of his team members...you will thank me later! I wish I could give them 10 stars for the entire experience. Thank you Torrence and team for going above and beyond!! Your positive attitude and the store vibe was wonderful and truly appreciated!!”

“He is determined to get your phone fixed. Screen repairs are 30 minutes. Screen repair cost depends on model (mine is Galaxy S20 FE 5G and he charged $180). My phone faced a network connectivity issue but he did everything in his ability to fix it, from finding out the exact part to calling his friend to check on it, to consider ordering Amazon Prime for it.Strong work ethic. “This is one of the many InMotion kiosks scattered throughout the Atlanta airport. Here you can get something on your way to your gate quickly. They do have some brick and mortar InMotion stores in many of the concourses, so if you want more selection or any technical assistance with any product, those are options as well. The lady working here was very sweet and very polite as I was browsing some of the electronic gadgets they had...the prices are actually a bit higher than some websites, but for many, this is a chance to buy something for their trip...something they might had forgotten at home...so the convenience factor is key as well.”

“Darren at the AT&T store in East Point is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help me resolve some Internet issues with my phone. Despite the Apple Store assuring me that there was nothing wrong with my phone, the problems persisted. Darren came to the rescue and suggested transferring my services to another phone on my account that I stopped using due to damage where you insert your charger. However, the other phone was completely dead. Without hesitation, Darren found a way to charge the dead phone and meanwhile, he managed to fix the Internet issues on my current phone. His fast, friendly, and determined approach to customer satisfaction was truly impressive. He even sold me a portable charger so that the dead phone could be used again. The entire staff, including the security lady, was incredibly kind and helpful. I will definitely be returning to this AT&T location for all my future needs. Their top-tier customer service is unmatched!”
