It was perfect. From the people on the phone to the drivers that came to pick up the units. Everyone was awesome and personable. We used PODS to store items that we needed in our new home but didn't necessarily have room to store at the old house, and didn't make an impact for our house for showings. It was a nice way to clear unwanted clutter! Shout out to our amazing driver, she was a BADDIE!”
“I arrived to rent a 5x9 pretty late in the afternoon. It was around 4:30pm and I needed to rent the U-Haul trailer, drive home to pick up a riding mower and then drop it off and then return to the U-Haul location prior to 7:00 pm. Because the workers were responsive and efficient (and a neighbor backed the trailer into my driveway when I couldn’t) I was able to accomplish my tasks and to return the trailer prior to closing. The young woman associate (I didn’t get her name) was especially helpful in getting the 5x9 trailer attached to and removed from my truck.”

“This is a good place to store your items. My second time having a unit here no wait 3rd. I've never had any issues with mold because I spray my room down before storing my items. They have insurance you can buy or you do it with your own insurance company”
