QuikTrip is a convenience store and gas retailer featuring QT Kitchens with a menu of fresh pizza, sandwiches, breakfast items, and soft-serve treats. Its famous fountain offers many drink flavors. Reviews highlight that employees provide top-notch customer service, with specific staff members noted for their great attitude and amazing, helpful service, such as making a bag of ice when none was available. However, experiences vary. Some customers report an okay or mediocre visit with friendly but slow service and decent facilities that have room for improvement. Several reviews strongly criticize the store's cleanliness, describing it as gross and nasty with bad smells, particularly noting the bathroom and floors, and request better cleaning support during certain shifts.
Jayden is awesome here. He helped my wife while she was having a seizure. I really appreciate him. He isn't judgment. He helps everyone equally!!!! He deserves an award really! This is coming from someone who never gives out compliments.
