“I went to several stores before I got to this location, seeking just a pair of work pants. I found so many items I could use I just loaded my cart. The manager Mr. T.J. was friendly and very helpful. He keeps a clean store and all the workers were great. Ms. Kyle is another gem. She walked me through completing my profile (which I didn't do correctly). No one was behind me but she was very patience in helping. Overall, the store is a gem and Mr. T.J & Ms. Kyle went above & beyond for me.”
“It's a bit different under this new management. The place looks neater and more organized. The items are also priced at higher or raised rates. Nonetheless, I still found some fantastic merchandise at a good price. I like thrift stores and piddling thru all the junky clutter, however, l was able to find some exact items I was looking for faster because of their organized neatness. The staff was also very friendly and courteous.”

“Ok so after 2.5 hours in this location on a lazy Sunday. The store was clean and the staff was super friendly. At check out I wasn’t given one of my bags. I returned to the store a few days later and expressed my concerns. The store manager Zaretha took charge. She was able to track down what happen to my missing bag and retrieve most of my items. The level of customer service was above and beyond my expectations.”

“My only complaint is the cheap bags they give you for items you buy..I'd probably buy more but the bags tear so easily. Most people who shop at goodwill come out with huge sturdy bags...just a suggestion.”
