“We have been with Builtwell Bank for 5 years, and our recent loan experience truly reinforced why we continue to do business with them. Avery was amazing to work with throughout the entire loan process. He was extremely professional, and he went above and beyond to help us get everything completed and closed, even when he kept hitting road blocks along the way. He took the time to explain each step, stayed responsive, and made what can be a stressful process feel easy and straightforward. We truly appreciate his dedication and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Builtwell Bank and especially Avery!”

“I have never found a person, in a bank , that will bend over backwards to help someone in need. LISA ROMERO at the lafayette ga branch of built well bank has done just that. I don't know how times in the last two years that I have called her she has always came through in a bunch of ways. I can't mention just one there has been several from loans, to cds, to even how to improve else where in my financial business. Everyone needs to go see what she can do for you.”

“No problems so far. Needed a bank in area and the other bank is only open like 3 hours a day. Also the ATM withdrawal amount is actually reasonable. I think limit is 600 compared to like 200 at other bank.”

“I've banked here for the past couple years. So far so good. The bank tellers are nice and helpful. I haven't had any negative issues with them. It seems many of the negative reviews are due to user ignorance - so take their experiences with a grain of salt - just my opinion.”

“We came in just before Christmas to open a checking and savings for our teenage son. Lisa ended up helping us out. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Aside from helping us out with our original purpose for visiting, she went above and beyond and offered advice and assisted us with issues with our banking apps and accounts. Overall the experience was a 10/10.”
