He is wonderful and extremely helpful. He will answer any questions you have. No matter what they are. Everyone at First Bank is super friendly and very helpful.”

“It's a typical bank the staff are friendly I needed to pee but I didn't know if they had a restroom so I just held it but I don't think they have atms which is a bad thing but I feel like in not allowed to come back cause me and my mom did a drive by looking for an atm we went inside for like a second but somebody saw us then said hi and we immediately left so it might of seemed a little suspicious I swear im not going to rob it I don't think I could even they don't have guards like in the movies but they seem pretty secure so yea”

“After the passing of my father we tried to close out his accounts with the Rossville branch. We were given the run around even though we had all the paperwork. Forced to open two more accounts just to close out one. After months and another 8hr trip to go back to the bank we decided to go to a different branch. Brittany at the Ringgold branch took care of us in record time and we were on our way without hassle. A few hrs later at the bank closing time she called us to let us know there was another account that had been missed. She promptly made every effort to accommodate us while we were still in town. She not only deserves a raise. She should be be the bank training agent on how to conduct customer service!!!”
“No problems so far. Needed a bank in area and the other bank is only open like 3 hours a day. Also the ATM withdrawal amount is actually reasonable. I think limit is 600 compared to like 200 at other bank.”

“I had an 11am meeting, with a financial advisor, and had waited almost 10 minutes before I was told that the advisor would be with me in a minute. I waited another 10 minutes, and asked someone when the advisor would see me. The young man that I asked was Ivan. He told me that he didn’t know where my advisor was at the time, but that he would help me. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I was there to open up a CD, and he also advised me to talk to a financial advisor that worked in that particular branch. He said I didn’t have to, but the financial advisor could answer questions and give me good advice, on some questions that I also had concerning my investments with another company.I spoke with Cory, the financial advisor at the Wells Fargo branch. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very kind and friendly. He explained things to me that I had never understood about my investments, and about getting CDs. He did not try to take business away from the investment firm that I am presently at. He was doing his job and giving me great advice.. I left Wells Fargo feeling much better about the decisions I was making concerning CDs and about my investments. I have Ivan, and Corey, , from the Wells Fargo branch in Fort Oglethorpe to thank for all the great advice. They were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and I’m very thankful to them. Wells Fargo has two great employees in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia.”
