“A great place to shop really cheap, that has some really nice people that own and run it. Always a great bargain, a wide variety of surprises to find, and great unbeatable prices if you haven't been there, you have to go! If you have, you should definitely go more! The wipers and heater below I got on $2 day, I paid $4 and they retail for over $100 combined.”
“Excellent prices and quality of the products it offers... It is an excellent option for many people, in fact it always has a lot of customers... Therefore it requires more staff at the checkout counters....”
“Always find stuff you could live without but must have and if they don't have what you need then they can usually find something that is pretty close to what you were looking for.”
“Today was my first time to this store. It’s beautiful!. Everything is very tidy and perfectly placed. Very attractive displays and the music wasn’t blasting your eardrums. I will definitely be back.”
“The Dollar general store is a very popular store that people enjoy to visit because of the low prices. They offer a wide variety of items including food and other merchandise throughout the store at low prices. The over-the-counter medications are also cheaper than other merchants. The food is limited than a grocery store but many of the items are of much cheaper cost including a wide variety of canned goods spices herbs and popular chips dips and other types of food cheaper than most stores. The store is smaller than other larger chain stores but has a large variety of different goods and merchandise that make may not be in other stores at a low price.”
“I love this store. It has a lot of variety at a good price. They have clothing for kids, women and men and they have plus sizes too. They have shoes and handbags. They have all kinds of snacks( candy ,chips, jerky ,cookies). They sell all kinds of beverages ( juices, sodas, bottled water). They have hair care products and health and beauty products. They sell hardware items, stuff for your car, some tools, houseware(dishes, bedding, some furniture, curtains, detergents ,cleaning supplies and more). They sell artificial flowers for the cemetery. They have a toy section and a school supply section. They sell Bluetooth items, cell phone supplies ( chargers and cords).”
“This is my neighborhood “last minute/oops I forgot/emergency items” shopping spot. It’s so convenient to have in Chickamauga. The employees are ALWAYS attentive, helpful and friendly. I shop here often and have never had a negative customer service experience. The staff always treats me and my children with respect and hospitality. Like all Dollar General stores, they have a huge selection in a small store so it can get a bit cluttered but the staff at this location is always willing to help me find anything I’m looking for.”
“This store is awesome! The staff treats you like family. It is clean and organized. The bathrooms are clean, as well. The digital coupons save you lots of money.”
“Dollar General is a great place to shop. It has the things Walmart would have, but on a smaller neighborhood store friendly kind of way. Your staff get to know you and know your routines, so they are able to help you better than in such a huge store. I love my neighborhood, DG.”
“The staff here makes the shopping experience... They are friendly and helpful.
The store is clean and well-stocked. This is our emergency grocery store for when we run out of basic supplies and don't want to go all the way to the grocery store. They'll have the basics; bread, Mayo, mustard, ketchup, hot sauce, frozen dinners, ice cream, French fries, lunch meat, PB, jelly, ice, soda, etc. And of course, the basics for living, laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, pet supplies, batteries, pillows, sheets, blankets, gardening supplies, etc. They don't always have the best price, but they have a good price and convenience. Works for me.”
“This is the cleanest and most well organized Goodwill I’ve ever been in. It is organized by size and color. It is also very clean. Well taken care of the employees are very friendly.”
“Always have loved a Dollar General, you all always have a clean and friendly store! I had a cashier named TRISH today, she was amazing. The care she took checking my groceries and making sure the meat was with the meat and the cleaning supplies all stayed in their spot- together. She was an absolute sweetie and gem!!! Thank you TRISH, you made my day! STAY AWESOME!”

“gotta love the dollar general. always a good cheap alternative to having to go to Walmart. always a decent selection and usually always in stock. although, does not always have the bread I need.the staff usually make up the difference, everyone is always friendly and nice to the kids. parking is always good. the only thing negative I will say is sometimes the wait to check out. usually cashier is alone unfortunately.”
“Visit this morning in Ringgold on Nashville st was going to purchase a bouquet of flowers that I thought were on sale for $5 but rang up $12 and boss couldn’t change the price so I was really disappointed and couldn’t spend $12 on flowers for myself so I left and as I was getting into car boss called me back into store and gave me the flowers!!!! That made my day and brought tears to my eyes!! Thank you so much for making my day!!! Just proves there are kind people in this world”

“Listen, my experience at this DG has been nothing short of exceptional since we moved here from Chattanooga two years ago. Today, I called the store to check and see if they had sour cream in stock and Tristan answered and sounded super busy but remained patient and polite as he placed me on hold and handled his customers and then came back and actually went and checked and started telling me EACH KIND they had in store. I mean, this is EXCELLENT & EXCEPTIONAL guest service. I’ve checked out with Tristan several times in store as well and he is always so pleasant. So are the other ladies who work up there and ALWAYS make sure you get a good deal. I love this dollar general. ♥”
