“These people are on a whole nother level of operating and efficacy. I have never known another pharmacy that takes care of their customers the way this one does.

A month ago, I finally got fed up with Wal-Mart Pharmacy, so I decided to try Smith Lockwood Drug and Jewelry. I'm so glad I did. On two different occasions, after coming out of doctor's visits for both my son and myself, I hadn't even made it to the parking lot before they called me in order to get the ball rolling on our prescriptions. For my prescription, they had it ready in less than 20 minutes after my doctor called it in! Unheard of.

With Wal-Mart, it was like pulling teeth and I would have to stay on top of them, sometimes for days, to get my prescription filled, only to go up there to find that it STILL wasn't ready.

For my medically fragile son's breathing treatments and powder for his tracheostomy ties, Smith Lockwood had to order the specialty medications, but got them in within a couple of days, even with it being over the weekend. They called me first thing Monday morning to let me know his prescription was ready. It was all nicely packaged and clearly labeled. With other pharmacies it would sometimes take over a week for these same medications.

This pharmacy is a breath of fresh air, and I am overjoyed to have found them. I will never go anywhere else. They have a new lifelong customers.”

“They are indeed small and very busy but they have always been polite and professional. They work with me on getting all of the various manufacturer coupons applied correctly. They are occasionally out of stock on certain items, but usually get them in fairly quickly.”
