“Overall pretty good store. Classic publix experience. Although one time a bagger tickled my (then) twoish year old. It was weird and definitely not something I wanted. I stopped going there for quite a while, and just in the last 6 months decided to go back. I am unsure if the same bagger is still there, but no one has done anything similar.
Outside of that pretty good experience. The buy one get ones are great as always.”

“Publix is my store & has been for 50+ years. I hate giving anything less than a 5 star. I have always gotten deli meat shaved (one of the options) & recently it is very thin sliced. I was advised they can’t get any thinner. After I told them I’ve always gotten it that way, they tried a different machine. I was not very popular which is very unusual for Publix! Everyone else is super-even when they don’t have what I want on occasion. Very sad day for me…”

“We've tried many different pharmacies. We've been coming to this pharmacy for several years now, be and this pharmacy is the best by far in every way. They consistently keep enough folks on staff to keep me from waiting forever in line, they're usually pleasant to interact with and know what they're doing. Now that I've seen how it can be done I don't want to go anywhere else.”

“I'm just here for the cod filet in the deli. I don't know who seasons it but y'all.... get them to drop you a fresh order and thank me later. The sizes vary but of they are so good. Crispy crust but felt in your mouth center. Eat it with your favorite side or if you're like me, slap that baby between to slices of bread and go in.”

“Staff members are very friendly, attentive and helpful but the pharmacists don’t have your prescription ready till you show up in person and ask , they always tell you to wait 20-30 minutes; sometimes you’re in so much pain or fever that you only want to get your prescription and go home . That was me few weeks ago , in high fever and had to wait there over 30 minutes; I wish they could be different; I’ve been their customer for years.”

“The pharmacist Mr.Steve and all the techs are amazing, kind hearted, and they treat you like family. Now the pharmacist lady who’s there when Mr.Steve isn’t, is the most rudest person and for no reason at all. She can’t stand to answer questions or help someone on the phone, in store, and acts like she is better than everyone else. If you can’t handle being in customer service and helping people then you've chosen the wrong profession. I’ve never had any problems at all from this store, grocery or pharmacy, until she started working there. Even the techs have complained to me about her and the way she treats ppl. She either needs to find some where else to work or learn how to treat/ talk to customers and employees. Everyone else is absolutely wonderful♥️”

“This is the best Walgreens in Paulding County. I have called and traveled to every location in this county trying to find the prescription my doctor prescribed me, so that it can be sent to a pharmacy that has it in store. Although they didn’t have the prescription here, the customer service made up for everything. Very very very professional, clean, structured and organized compared to the others in Paulding County. Thank you to the night shift crew (the young black lady & man at register) for your hospitality, it calmed me down cause I definitely was frustrated! lol”
“Love that the staff is wearing masks and I see them cleaning often. Store has always been clean and neat and well stocked. Helpful staff members on the floor and they will ask you if you are finding everything all right. Will continue to shop here. Good prices and I love the Deli and Bakery. Pharmacy has the best prices for my meds and I will gladly drive 15 min to get them. Oh yes, and I love the savings on gas at their station. So glad to have Kroger's store and I recommend this store highly.”

“Way more helpful and friendly than the CVS at 7 hills. I showed up at about 7:35 pm with a script for painkillers for my daughter post surgery. They closed in 25 minutes but quickly took the script and filled it for me while I waited.This is all after I waited at the counter at CVS for 5 minutes alone just for them to tell me they couldn't fill the script.”

The working staff is same it was poorly managed ? ?..so let's give them another chance I pray it stays this good the staff seams to be happier?? Time will tell”

“As a senior citizen I was very pleased with the service I received on 2 separate days, from Ayana and Ray at the Seven Hills Blvd location. I used to be very intimidated by the process, but they were both was extremely patient and helpful and showed me how to use the self checkout. Ayana showed me the first time, and a week later I needed help again, and Ray was there and he willingly and patiently helped me again. Hopefully, I'll be able to do in when next I visit.THANK YOU AYANA and RAY!!”

“The only reason I’m giving this CVS a 5 star is because of the pharmacist Carl, and most of the staff. Everything else is a mediocre pharmacy, which is honestly typical of CVSs.But Carl is so helpful and kind. Literally the best pharmacist ever. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate him helping me. Getting meds filled is stressful for me because I go on work trips a lot of need my meds for the trips, but Carl is always willing to help me out without getting annoyed or stressing me further. Just a great dude who is great at his job!”

“I love this Publix. What I seem to notice is how friendly and prepared everyone is. When I say prepared, I mean the deli specifically. They always have food hot and ready and fresh.
The service is always top notch here too. Associates are always around when you need them. Also, they are very efficient at checkout. Not only are the self checkout lines open, but there are plenty of standards lines open with cashiers ready to take care of you.
Even when it gets a little busy, they employees work together to get lines down, love it.”
