βThis store is Great!! Everything you need, they probably have. And at a lower price than what you would pay somewhere else. Big parking lot with no trouble finding parking. Clean and the employees are really helpful. I'll definitely be going back.β

βLet me tell you, Iβm a truck driver so I am a DG afficianado! Been to them all over. Let me say, I am impressed. My gosh. It was clean, well lit, products organized and front faced. Aisles wide and clean. Even the clothing and socks were organized. I really hope corporate sees this, because those folks working in there deserve some kind of award and recognition. Most DG look like they have been looted. Some I couldnβt even get down the aisle because the truck came in. So hats off to the little DG in GA that made my day.β
βRecently remodeled, and looks good,. There is a beer cave now, and the restrooms are in much better condition. There is hot food available at times instead of the Subway that previously was inside.β
βThe store was neat, clean and everything was easy to find and the shelves were neat. Everyone working stocking shelves and checking out were friendly and helpful and smiling!β
βTiffany at the Dawnville Rd store in Dalton GA is a fantastic employee! She is always cheerful and wants to help customers. There is several of your stores in my area, but I have to say, I mostly go to this particular store because of her.β
βThis is the only Dollar General store that will answer their phone this store and the Eton Dollar General Market. The other stores do not need a phone good luck trying to get in touch with them???? This is a great store!!!β
βThe assistant manager is amazing! She can always tell if I'm in a hurry or not and if I am in no rush she will carry on a conversation and is so nice!! She knows when people want to talk and when they don't. Some don't have that quality. Sheba improved so much and hasn't been there long She should definitely be the next manager!!β
βDollar General is a great place to shop. It has the things Walmart would have, but on a smaller neighborhood store friendly kind of way. Your staff get to know you and know your routines, so they are able to help you better than in such a huge store. I love my neighborhood, DG.β

βI have been shopping at this store since it opened and itβs gotten a lot better with the newest management. The old management (Bekka, and her crew) were terrible. The new girl in charge and her crew are a lot better and always friendly to customers. Idk why everyone downs on them so much. They can only do what corporate allows and only when and how corporate wants and their doing their best. I will continue to shop here until it closes its doors. As far as the low stock issue people are having that is also not their fault, they keep having to change suppliers and brands constantly because of inflation and the government changing stuff. People need to have more common sense and realize that a lot of things are out of the employees hands.

βgotta love the dollar general. always a good cheap alternative to having to go to Walmart. always a decent selection and usually always in stock. although, does not always have the bread I need.the staff usually make up the difference, everyone is always friendly and nice to the kids. parking is always good. the only thing negative I will say is sometimes the wait to check out. usually cashier is alone unfortunately.β
βOne of the cleanest dollar store's in town. Would have gave 5 stars but they have a sign that says they want exact change. It's not the customers fault that management does know how to get enough change from the bankβ
βI like the store itself, the inventory available is great. It's clean, & organized, convenient location. I have to admit some of the politeness went down the tubes with current... changes.β
βThe manager, Angela, helped me out with a situation that really touched my heart. She didnβt have to step in and help, but she did and for that I am so thankful. It reminded me that there are still good people in this world. Because of her kindness, I will make sure to shop at this Dollar General whenever possible.β

βThey are the closest store to my house that isnt a gas station or antique shop. They always have new things anytime I swing by and for being a small store they sure cram a lot of stuff inside. They only get four stars though cause of the fact I always have to hunt for anything and the register people are almost always in the office when I get in the store. The staff can usually point me in the right direction but its kind of annoying having to hunt for stuff when I dont feel like asking someone. They also dont carry the same things from year to year because last year I totally bought seeds for my garden there and this year they dont offer seeds for flowers but they have grass seed. The aisles are always a chaotic mess though I think it's from customers not putting things back where and how they found it.β
βThis store has just been remodeled, its clean and in good order. They have discontinued carrying clothing items but I usually find the things i need here. The staff have always been helpful and friendly if i need any assistance. I will continue to shop here.β
βLike most discount stores, many items are occasional so you cannot depend on them for always finding what you need. But the store is always clean and well organized, the staff is polite and helpful, and they are always having a great selection of clothing items at a fraction of their original price. I don't think that lower prices can be found but only in thrift stores and maybe the occasional small local discount outlet.Addition: I bought my body wash at Ollie's. At Roses it was 78% more. I bought my coffee at Roses. At Big Lots it was 76% more. I bought my air fryer at Big Lots. At Ollie's it was 90% more. Full circle? When I was a student in a financial University, nearly half a century ago, this was the definition of oligopoly.β
βVisit this morning in Ringgold on Nashville st was going to purchase a bouquet of flowers that I thought were on sale for $5 but rang up $12 and boss couldnβt change the price so I was really disappointed and couldnβt spend $12 on flowers for myself so I left and as I was getting into car boss called me back into store and gave me the flowers!!!! That made my day and brought tears to my eyes!! Thank you so much for making my day!!! Just proves there are kind people in this worldβ
βGreat place. But the store is hugely understaffed as all Dollar General stores are. The employees are overworked, overwhelmed and under paid. I am a lifelong customer and not a/former employee. We go there to support the employees.β
βLaid back friendly and very thoughtful I needed to use the restroom there was already someone in there the cashier looked for me when the restroom was empty and when I came up to the checkout she let me know the restroom's clear and it was just very nice experience very considerateβ
βThe only reason I put one less star is because ALL Dollar General stores have stopped carrying some of the stuff I used to buy from them. It stinks that what I used to could run right up the road and grab now I have to drive all the way to Walmart for. But the people who work at this location are very nice and always talk to you while checking out. They are always happy to help you find what you are looking for.β

βThis location here in Westside is the best. The young man did register, stocking etc. Good job. I prefer this location better than Tunnel Hill. These people keep things stocked up. I would gladly request a raise for him.β
