“Great staff! Very helpful and friendly! My 87 year old Father bought a 40lb bag of bird seed for his feeders. The staff offered to load it up for him without being asked! We will be back!”
“😎 Very clean store. Best prices. Fish area extremely clean & well kept. Reflection of good management. Staff is knowledgeable and presentable., No purple or green hair. Very respectable adoption area also. Access to the store is also easy, just off exit 333. My go to store now.”
“Bailey, the groomer I use, is an animal lover. She is kind and appears to truly care about the animals she grooms. While I don’t mind the price charged for grooming my dog, I feel the $5.99 materials fee is over priced, thus the 4 star rating.”
“Spectacular service and loved their event today! They were doing a Cat Adoption event, brought out some amazing Lemonade- The Zen was delicious!, Eneya Cake Pop- i loved the Banana Pudding one!- and Joes Cheesesteaks had a Steak Loaded fries with their JC Sauce that was fire! Amazing event, shout out to Petco and Haley for an amazing day!”
“Best experience ever! I was nervous about adopting for the first time, but the team here made everything so easy. I was helped by Sarai she was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. You can tell this place really loves their animals and wants them in good homes.”
“This was my first time bringing my dog to grooming, Amber did a fantastic job with him and bragged how well he did with buffing his nails. She recommended a bathing product to use at home between visits. I had booked this appointment online and selected more services than needed and rather than let me pay for unneeded stuff she took time to correct it and explain what I needed and didn't need.”
“Five stars for the incredible team at Whitfield County Animal Shelter. Having to put a beloved pet down is one of the hardest things a pet owner can go through, but the staff here make a heartbreaking day so much easier. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly soft-spoken, patient, and compassionate. On top of their kindness, their services are very affordable, which is a massive relief when you're already going through an emotional time. They treat both the animals and the owners with real respect and empathy. Highly recommend them to anyone in the community.”

“I was able to find a Miniature Horse turnout blanket at the last minute before the freeze on a SUNDAY. Tractor Supply messed up my order and left me high and dry with a cold mini. DOUBLE D pulled through. It was a two hr trip for me and snowing; but WORTH IT. They had shelves of blankets, as well as saddles, bridles, other tack and supplies. They carry pet and livestock feed. I even saw them selling and loading round bales of hay! Great place, nice people, and have stuff IN Stock.”
