They are honest and they are genuinely always trying to help you out and get you running as soon as possible while also trying to help protect your wallet. Anytime I've brought my car in, it has been ready same day. Mike talks you through what they did, anything that came up that they saw while working on it and if you need to take steps to fix it or if he thinks you'll be just fine without chasing the issue.
